Zen Kasen Ibaraki by Deoxgigas released!
Bringing my Touhou character count up to 7, it's my newest work: Zen Kasen Ibaraki.
 

Based on Kasen Ibaraki from Touhou 14.5 ULiL, she has all the moves from her source game, all the spell cards and also an OHKO based on her Last Word spell.
Anyone familiar with my other works, especially Flash Byakuren, will know what to expect, as Kasen is made in the same style.
 
In addition, she has the usual Bomb super and an improvised 1-bar super to complete the usual standard line-up of three 1-bar supers, two 2-bars and one 3-bar my other characters have.
She also learned to quickly dash across the stage and slide around, much like another work of mine.
Finally, her Occult move is indicated by the Occult ball in the corner, and, like the Bomb super, goes into a simple cooldown whenever used, and her Last Word spell can only be used once, period, per match, just like my Stardust Utsuho's Supernova.

The one in the prime folder is for Mugen 1.1. If you want a version for 1.0, she's in the Alternate Versions folder.
I highly recommend the 1.1 version for anyone who can get it, as some Touhou ULiL sprites have a tendency of becoming quite messed up when you convert from Mugen 1.1 to 1.0.

Palettes:
1-4: Normal
5: The AI is unable to slide around on a successful guard. (Somewhat Easier Mode)
6-10: No Damage Scaling.
11: Clone Mode. (Summons 4 clones to fight at the start of the battle.)
12: Rainbow Mode. (Adds metergain, immunity to throws and basic attacks, triple attack power and allows Kasen to slide around regardless of what she's doing, whenever she's hit, even in the air.)

These Fighters History stages are pretty easy to rip because theirs not a lot going on with the sprites. Heightened the stage from low to high, separated some layers, sun shimmers & added birds. Comes with no zoom & zoom versions for Mugen 1.0 & Mugen 1.1.

(Decadent) Stadium . . . from Gundam Battle Assault
I was looking for screenshots of the source game for this background, and soon found out that Cenobite53 made the stage several years ago. But whatever, the more the merrier, I guess?

Here it is in its glory, as I was in a bit of an Akira mood (SNK fans will get this from the screenshots of course, hahaha!). And yes, for those of you aware of the names of stages, it was originally called 'Stadium', but I renamed it as 'Decadent Stadium' to help make it stand out (especially if you have another stage already called that!).
 
The video, as always. Two actually. You're lucky to have them (I think). I know Syo's in one of them rather than Kusanagi, but his AI kinda balanced out Ultimate K9999's own (and so did True K'):

There's at least six different variations of this stage (including the WinM.U.G.E.N./M.U.G.E.N. 1.1B1 versions). I included the 'Original' variation (the WinM.U.G.E.N. compatible one) of the stage is the one showcased in the above screenshots. There's also two different themes for the stage, one that's 'traditional', and the other one that's more 'atmospheric' (think KOF '97).
 
As an extra tidbit nobody will care about, certain versions of the stage have down-scaled sprites from the Modern Era stage (from World Heroes Perfect) I made a while back.
The second extra tidbit and the shortest of them all: If the stages are played in WinM.U.G.E.N., the character's shadows will have a teal tinge to them.
Third extra tidbit: I do have two unreleased variations of this stage, which I attempted to use parallax coding for the floor. Outcome came out fine, but still not the way I wanted it. Let me know if you guys want it, I'll upload an updated release with them included (and possibly 'fixed-up' as well).

So I downloaded this character, and boy was I in for an adventure. Here's what I found for now:
Let's just say that the statement of "Dave Is Good Character" isn't exactly true.

Bulk Bogan is fucking amazing lmfao

Please don't abuse the report button just because you didn't like the feedback that was given to you.
 
 
Weiss's personal opinions about the Minions/Despicable Me franchise aside, he has some valid points here: Infinite fireball spamming, Normals with practically zero reach, the vomit super dealing an obscene amount of damage for its level cost, lack of recovery lag on said attack and others, making them unpunishable, gaining power back from supers, misaligned hitsparks, misaligned effects, incorrect sprite effect alignment & priorities, sprites and animations of questionable quality, unnecessary ecchi touhou pics that have nothing to do with the character itself, poorly cleaned super portrait, and that's all just judging from the video alone without actually touching the character in MUGEN. From my experience, this is usually a big indicator of even more problems in the underlying character code.

Sound crazy right? Phone for mugen engine xP Well it took me 3 and half months to create this simple character, and I hope you'll enjoy it.
Sprites are pretty much made by me, so I didn't look for others' sprites on internet :P
