100% sure these are made by someone like Camren Springer. the artstyle is very similar so im assuming this is pixel art mugen chars. the 1st girl with pink hair looks similar to Pencilmiss.

The default version's select screen contains 8331 character slots, while the 640x480 version contains 11802 character slots. An alternative version of this motif called Joey Slikk Ultimate M.U.G.E.N. 1.0 Edition has some different changes to the original motif, but remains largely the same. So, as a fan of this anime and a former searcher of the original lost one from this thread here that's where the inspiration and such started I decided to do the recreation. enjoy, I did try my best but other than that the mugen works fine and I THINK it can be converted to 1.0/1.1 I'll think of converting it soon if there is actual interest towards this recreation. Edited by me (yoonbin16) + added 189 slots + added music + added 3 starter characters: archetype-earth, unknown, ayu and reisen_udongein MIGHT add tons more slots but it depends. I had an idea to make three versions of this which was, 189 slots, 1000+ slots and 5000+ and more. each version will have different music and starter chars but wasn't sure. if people want to see that idea come to life, feel free to leave a comment. Did something similar, I looked to see if ATUSI I had a channel or was mentioned anywhere on youtube and found a few things but none relating to screenpack.

The only way we can get this screenpack ATP is by contacting the author somehow or some way. although don't even know if they are still alive or not.

𓆩⟡𓆪 If you didn't know, a couple of weeks or should I say months ago I decided on a pretty crazy project called the Donald xv Colonel project in which I gather pretty much every 1.0/1.1 donald/colonel edit in mugen existence. it was NOT easy obtaining these, took a lot of downloading but here we are. now this does not include any private donald / colonels in here for obvious reasons. BUT, for the first time ever this mugen roster project has 2 versions you can download which is. 1. The 1.0 version for stability (meaning if your PC can't run 1.1b no problem this version is for you) 2. The 1.1 version for using 1.1 only donald / colonel edits. (for there are edits in there that only work for 1.1b and if your PC has enough ram to run this version) 𓆩⟡𓆪 The reason for this project is I noticed a lot of well the majority of the mugen cheapie community LOVES donald / colonel (well mainly donald) edits. so I decided why not I take the initiative to gather 1.0/1.1 edits and put them all into one mugen. Dang these really don't work fr. I tried to see if I could find something to restore the links but no avail. I think the other person that found the screenpack that was hi-res hopefully they can find the low-res one since they said they found it in a video. if there is a way we can contact the creator of the screenpack that would be great honestly, since they are the same person that made both I think.

I did archive them on ak1 but, that site has problems where if there is an update some posts will be deleted (especially, screenpacks) SO, decided to put all of them here in one!
