Agree with this. You should fix A.I on both Akainu and Omega Shenron too. Make them strong! I must say.....my eyes goes to the girls in that hot pool first before I see the problem you trying to show.

Hey Lightning, I have re-download the Sephiroth patch again but after I use this new one, Sephiroth A.I has been tone down....he is so weak, he barely attack, just guard the whole time. It was your decision to make that way or what? Doesn't matter because if possible, I want his A.I strong back like it used to be. Can you fix it?

Bills was already in working progress at MugenMundo right now. They also working on Janemba too, using new sprite, totally different than Miaoyu Janemba. They revealed their Bills project when they were working on Super Saiyan God Goku. Now that Super Saiyan God Goku has been released, we just have to wait for now.
