LOL! It does look badass compare to King Leo stage right. Not that King Leo stage is not good, it just I really love that creepy/kinda new version of Hell in Jyazu stage

If you can make it, go on. That is more awesome. Like Kanbei said, the more effort, the more better it will be. My suggestion is, for normal mode the combo is pretty normal like any character you have made (of course in Luffy style) while in his 2nd gear mode, if possible, change the different style of combo to contrast with his normal mode combo and make it more fast because 2nd gear give speed to Luffy.

And where can I see this Kyo??? If possible, I want to find Kyo 2003/XI edit to Kyo XIII because his 2003/XI appearance is similar like XIII. Or perhaps an Kyo XIII in 2D sprite because we already have many version of Iori XII/XIII in 2D sprite. Still can't find it though...

I don't think that need a suggestion or everyone approval, just add it bro. That is one of his signature move. It's like when someone make Ryu, they need to add Hadouken to him.
