It's from Poképark Wii. The author made a progress thread on MFG and said the model was from this game, but he edited the scale so it looks more chibi (or like it's from Pokémon Ranch/Rumble). If there's a Pokemon I'd like to see an awesome version of for Mugen, it would be Bibarel. ...Yes. Bibarel. That happens to be one of my favorite Pokemon, despite being one of the least popular Pokemon of all time.
