How to access to mugenarchive after being blocked?

I got blocked for literally no reason. The first time I've known about it and opened the website. It shows me the block page

First of all, wrong area. Second, that means you've received an IP ban. Nothing can be done and I'd be happy if I were you. Besides, your MUGEN warehouse needs are in here.

But that side have stored characters that other mugen sites don't have..

Then you'll have to ask someone to grab them for you. There is no secret alternative way in outside of ban evasion, which I can't condone.

hey is there anyone can help me to get some mugen char from MA ?, i'll try to make a list in here :

 

- Akatsuki from Akatsuki Blitzkampf by MT

- Hoya from The Eye of typhoon (not cvs ver)

- Reiji Oyama from Power Instict 1&2 made by Nexusgaming or random author

- Longway (idk which game fighting he belong, but that char had some sort of shotoclones typical movement, but his apperance was just like ryu that combined with brucelee like character)
