How to access to mugenarchive after being blocked?

I got blocked for literally no reason. The first time I've known about it and opened the website. It shows me the block page

First of all, wrong area. Second, that means you've received an IP ban. Nothing can be done and I'd be happy if I were you. Besides, your MUGEN warehouse needs are in here.

But that side have stored characters that other mugen sites don't have..
