That version you have of Oni Akuma under Etalking, archive name, "Oni_Akuma_nasimke_ru.rar", has been edited by an unknown author. The unknown author gave him 100 hp, instead of 1300. I have the unedited version, and both versions came from Super Street Fighter IV M.U.G.E.N (Hi-Res) by RistaR87. https://www.mediafire.com/file/eit1zcp9022tf5f/Oni_Akuma.zip/file

However, RistaR87 probably edited that Oni Akuma by Etalking for RistaR87's full game. I tried to find the original version by Etalking, but I couldn't. I found Etalking's Youtube channel, but it has no videos.

 

Took me awhile to find the information above for both Oni's.

Also, MetalFreekz13's Evil Ken version 1.0 is missing. It is the latest version. I tried to find it everywhere, but I couldn't find it. The one you have up is an edited version by unbeknowNst. The original version should only have MetalFreekz13's name on it. MetalFreekz13's original Evil Ken versions 0.88b and 1.0 are missing. Original def name should be eken. I'll keep finding it.

And in case if you didn't know, the author also made the character in its shadow form, though I'm not sure if he really did or not. That one is unavailable to download at the moment.

A pretty obscure version of SFA Gou Hibiki, dating back to 2001. While the author did make this version of the character, he didn't even bother putting his name in the Readme.

 

Oyaji (SFA) by Ryou Hei. Probably the first version of Gou Hibiki/Mr. Saikyo/Oyaji for MUGEN. No sound file has been implented. Converted for newer versions of MUGEN.

Wait a minute. It seems like I just made a small mistake with the second character that I was sharing. This Go Hibiki isn't by Mike Obrecht, but when I was trying to look at its .def file and the Readme again, it doesn't have the author's name, but I'm pretty sure it turns out to be N-Mario's older version of the character. Silly me.

The shadow mode you're describing is a part of the same character actually (as a special palette), it's just not present here since this is an older version. That being said, here is what appears to be the latest version of the character (2.0e according to the readme), which features the mode:

You want to remove the first one. Mʀ. Sтᴇαl-Yoᴜя-Wαεfυ version is an edit of xSnow's Sheng Long. The first one is the same version as the third one.

Well, by the time I was trying to share the character with this collection, I could only find an older version that you were pointing out, as if the site “Andromeda Free” was the closest place that I can have this character to download from.
