C.R.O.M.verydannyboy Posted January 18, 2012 Posted January 18, 2012 he's actually not bad...... my only beef is that he makes my pc sluggish for a few seconds , but that's because my jumpoff is a dinosaur lol!! but once it get back up to speed ,he's fine. download this character!! kof 13 definitely seems to pay homage to 94-95 a tad bit. wish there was more animations, but what's there is good. it's not the mugen creator's fault, 12 and 13 looks great , but feels a lil rushed ...... ZXRagna Posted January 23, 2012 Posted January 23, 2012 The only problem i see with this ralf is that i cant move forward or backward during that special where ralf punches rapidly (i keep forgetting what that special is called) but i should be able to do so like in XIII, other than that, its an alright Ralf
