C.R.O.M.verydannyboy Posted January 18, 2012 Share Posted January 18, 2012 he's actually not bad...... my only beef is that he makes my pc sluggish for a few seconds , but that's because my jumpoff is a dinosaur lol!! but once it get back up to speed ,he's fine. download this character!! kof 13 definitely seems to pay homage to 94-95 a tad bit. wish there was more animations, but what's there is good. it's not the mugen creator's fault, 12 and 13 looks great , but feels a lil rushed ......
