Ah . this is the same guy who made Akame and Lou. Toka seems to have the same type of skills somewhat. Her super specials do lag!! Mainly the one where she calls these twin girls to shoot people like BBhood's special and the one where they shoot off a piece of the moon and it lands on the earth?!!

Yeah She and his other characters were updated around last year he even made his own version of Orie.
