Thats a issue of Mugen 1.0 and WInmugen if i recall so not really.

was gona make it source accurate but since i saw a few versions already made ended up makin it more custom.

If you set tilespacing to 1,0 and mess around with the velocities (going into 3 or so digits past the decimal point), you can make it disappear.

 

tilespacing = 1,0

velocity = -.543,0

 

Granted, I slowed the fog down a fair bit, but it still works.
