    Wonder if an AI patch exist for a char? Ctrl + F & tape his name for searching in that page... U will know the author, the name of the archive's patch & the date of release. https://sites.google.com/site/mugenlist/home/mugen-hi-ai Even if there is no link for downloads, this site can be useful IMO. U can also contribte by contacting the webmaster.

    It was just an intent to make a more interesting goutetsu than the palette swap SF3's one. I released this char 3 years ago.... main credits goes to AngelM who made the basis.
    I was so flamed & bashed at Guild that I never released his slightly last update: the palette was fixed for temma gou zankuu move & his AI was corrected cuz he spammed too much his shoryuken. Still can have palette problem for intro/winpose mainly.
