    Its possible the creator forgot to change a hitspark and it does that.
    OR its a helper hitspark and the call state is ignored or something.

    Do the reverse.
     
    Add them back into the .snd file via Fighter Factory. You'll have to manually replace each individual sound with the louder version, so make sure you know which sound is which, else you might get some strange results :P

    load up the character, or the character's sound file.
     
    then go to "save sound as WAV" when the window pop's up, select ALL.
     
    and then select where you want it to save to. I recommend making a folder to put them in.
