power charge was meant to be slow so you dont rely on it to much so you actually fight to build meter the rest i never saw issues in but ok.

uh if someone wants to sprite this stuff ill be glad to add it to him.

thing is as much as more sounds would be nice he needs more sprites. needs to be revamped entirely which at one time was a project with more supers and normals.
