The new changes seem fine. Personally, I'd prefer to stick with levels instead of changing back to ranks.
 
Also this is just a suggestion, but maybe you could lower the amount of posts required to be able to have a custom title? There are many users here who were aiming to reach 500 posts to unlock it, perhaps doing that could be some kind of compensation for the lowered post count.

but we know it may not be her could be another female character from Sega or Namco/Bandai considering we have two Capcom reps meaning possible other reps from those companies which we sould keep that theory in-mine until the votes are done. :-P

Personally for the last 5 DLC characters I want:
 
1 more rep for Sega
1 more rep for Namco
2 more nintendo characters
1 more Third party character (ex: Shantae, Shovel-knight, Banjo, etc...)
 
Any other DLCs well be stages from Melee and Brawl, N64 and I be satisfied

another somewhat private stage that was given to me years back from a friend that was on Phantom G's server. Back then this was a stage people wanted like crazy back in 2003 lol anyway people enjoy.   also let me know if the link is given ya any trouble.
