Yeah, the KoF scene isn't really big at all here in the states when you compare it to anywhere south of the boarder. IIRC there's a pretty big following over at the west coast but it's getting smaller every day.

The very fact that Decapre is a mix-up oriented charge character with angled teleports and psycho power should alert you that this character is going to be very different than Cammy. She is also a work in progress. She doesn't even have Cammy's Spiral Arrow anymore and is deviating farther and farther away from being Cammy. But no, to you guys, just because they have the same base model, they're obviously the same character. Decapre was an intro that appeared for not even 3 seconds and she was never playable. A small Cameo isn't anything. I said before and I'll say it again it's not what the character looks like, it's what the character plays like. Also all of you are dismissing all of the other things to look forward to in Ultra Street Fighter 4 such as: - 5 additional characters - 5 additional stages - added Red Focus Attack - added delayed wakeup - added Ultra Combo W - added Edition Select - added 3v3 team battle - added ability to upload your online matches directly to YouTube - removed unblockable setups for USFIV characters - improved netcode; changed connection strength to display ping in milliseconds rather than current coloured status - made button configuration quicker - completely revamped character trials - rebalanced characters

Would definitely recommend if you like Suda 51 games but it's super short, like lollipop chainsaw short, but you can squeeze around 20 possible hours if you're a completionist and since the enemy AI does scale on different difficulties, it worth at least another playthrough on hard/very hard. I picked up the Collector's Edition at Gamestop for $20. There's also a PC version coming out soon with a new "Nightmare" difficulty.

Dragon Ball GT was produced by Toei Animation, a Japanese company. The reason why GT is considered not canon was because of Toriyama's little involvement with the series, despite Toriyama himself considering it a side story.

If you want to save the busywork of coding characters, then why not try collaborating with someone? I sure that someone would be more than happy to make your sprites into characters.
