No? There should be a "Transfer From Fire Red" Option in the main menu when you first start the game, then go to Pal Park and catch away. What's bad is that you can only transfer 6 Pokemon at a time in intervals of 24 hours, and of course the Pokemon cannot have any HM moves.

The first legitimate shiny I ever got was an Elekid from the Day-Care Couple in Crystal. Apparently you have a 30% chance of the egg you receive from them to hatch into a shiny or something like that, but I'll chalk that up as one I suppose.

Talonflame seems really bad for OU imo, The only real threat it has that I can see is Gale Wings + Flying Gem Brave Bird/Acrobatics. Other than that I only see it as a lesser charizard competitively.

The game has been hacked but no one can import the pokemon back into the physical game right now. It's not possible yet because the game has been hacked literally a few days ago. Bad Egg/Mystery Egg is real but it's a glitch. It's impossible to send/recieve eggs on wonder trade. You won't get one and chances are you'll never see one.

You're lucky, the most exciting thing I got off of wonder trade were the Kanto starters. The rest was honedges.

There is absolutely no proof for the bad egg and unless someone with video of the glitch happening appears, it's going to be fake, so you can continue on wonder trading till your hearts content.

Sadly, didn't exist in gen III, where it would of made the best of it's use against Agatha's Gengar(s), nothing a little psychic won't fix. And besides, I believe that Pinsir was the only gen I pokemon to have mold breaker.

EVs were in since the beginning man, but I have to say, hitting a Gengar with Earthquake was satisfying.

It's honestly not hard at all to beat the elite 4 in any pokemon game on the first go.

I would have to say that it's a tie between gen 4 & 5 for my favorite. Platinum has my vote for best story out of all the pokemon games and HG/SS for the most polished pokemon game. I would give B/W 2 for best post-game content. Gen 1 is the worst gen.

The game locks up if you save in Lumiose City, and no one has any idea if they're going to patch it or not.
