Darnell is the titular main character of Darnell Plays With Fire (or Darnell's Pyro 101) and a friend of Pico and Nene. Created by Tom Fulp in 1999, he is an African American pyromaniac who is obsessed with fire and explosives.
This is 2nd Years of Pico School Fighting game project and Darnell is late for party join the trio. The heard most of fan wanted him like Newgrounds Rumble, Friday Night Shootin Mod and Mugen.

Now his fan can finally free to play as darnell with some pyromaniac user.
With all help with Pico Brawl Arena, Superpico all-star and Rushdown Rivals.
It build Darnell Moveset no problem. His gameplay is chose to he slow, heavy hitter, Weapons he used Knife, Pistol, Bomb, Aerosol Fire, Lighter, Molotov Cocktail, Barrel, 
FlameThrower and more.
And people think do I forget about him? well most people do.

Cassandra is the main antagonist and final boss of Pico's School. She is the leader of the Goth Punks and the main perpetrator of the school shooting. She is secretly a Penilian, an alien species from outer space, disguised as a human.

Got all 8 of them and not cancelled the character. I had a new project for another series to work on.
That mean I gonna miss Felix, Oswald, Mickey, Bimbo, Flip, Foxy, Pooch and entire Rubberhose character from the old 1930's.
6 Years LifeSpan being a fan of Classic Cartoon, I realize that not much into Rubberhose anymore.
Reason I made this for bring back the popularity for newer fan to enjoy.

First Appearance: Nene Interactive Suicide 1999 March 29th. Created by Tom Fulp in 1999, she is a popular Asian girl with suicidal tendencies and signs of promiscuity.
Something the fan wanted the true Nene. Not just a dagger, shuriken, knife ….. Katana Sword.
A badass female has go for speeded.
 
Character maybe loud, well she is queen of knife. Voice Acting was Voiced by Cootieqt/ Cootiegirl played Nene.
Pico game seem to help a lot for her to get good moveset.

Created by Tom Fulp in 1999, he made his first appearance in Pico's School, saving his classmates from a group of goth kids carrying out a school shooting.
This Version (Crowsar) is big improvement, adding Difficulty AI Level, 3 New Stages, Load of Sprite and Otis swap as bonus, add Fatal move, Not that cheap but it balanced depend which AI played, add max mode by Pico DNA goes Insane, Alot of Voice acting from Cootiegirl and more.
Mugen Verison is 1.0 or high to play this character, due to al difficulty is added.
Compare to the Previous Version of Pico Sprite is lacking because Pico can do many thing in the past like Pico Unloaded or other Pico Animation what he do. 
This is for a Big up for Pico School Fighting Game to get almost all the character in.
Release really a bit early Pre-Pico Day 2023 I have other character to release to Mugen, Nene and Otis

Otis from Newgrounds/ Pico's Cousin
First Appearance: Pico's Cousin May 13, 2003
Otis is the main protagonist of Pico's Cousin and its sequel Pico's Cousin 2, created by Newgrounds user Magna. 
He is the younger cousin of Pico who shares very similar attributes with him, 
due to inheriting "warrior genes" that were passed down from his family through generations.
He one Alien Hominid Fan!
It been many years out Otis haven't been arounds, Revive the boy from the dead and Join to Mugen and fight.
Pico's Cousin is an 20 Year olds games so he willing to along side with Pico and his friend.
Otis has his own moveset, he has a lot of them like Dual Pistol, Shotgun, Alien raygun (Alien Hominid), Mace, Skateboard.
That never seem by the Newgrounds fandom before. No Newgrounds Rumble or other Pico Game that didn't had Otis in it.
So here Otis own play style. Adding Otis Bedroom for his home.
Such a underrated character I had plan to do more Pico School Character if I keep going.

Lee From Beat Street Game (Lucky Kat Studio)
 
Crowsar creating this character for during break in 2021 until it ready to return to work the last 4 classic cartoon characters.
 
For Lee in the Original Beat Street Game share most of his moveset and other character as well. Including Special and Super Moves.
It didn't take long to finish it take only 4 months at least having stack of moveset he need.
 
This Character also include the Item Buff and Heal.
That mean it only work one each of time while on cooldown between 15-45 sec can reuse it again. It different system to the original game.
 
The Sound effect are mostly from the original game.
Starting out new and fresh after this it will had the better chance to work extra hard to continue classic cartoon characters again part 2.
 
There 4 Al on this file, can chose the normal, Strong AI or No Item Buff and Heal Allowed.

Created by Walter Lantz Studios (Before Woody Woodpecker, Andy Panda and Chilly Willy)
3 Classic Toons from 1930's are Competed. 5 of them remaining
 
Felix The Cat and Oswald the Lucky Rabbit has same Sprite style as him.
 
This is Later version of Pooch the Pup starting in Pin Feathers.
he had black fur, making him appear very similar to Oswald, except for his long, hairless tail.
While Lantz went on to direct the Pooch the Pup shorts, 
his colleague Bill Nolan would focus on the long-running Oswald the Lucky Rabbit cartoons.
Since he gone for so long then i he will get more moveset, Supermove for him. 
We would never know Pooch Weapons get it from.
 
Bimbo the dog (Fleischer) and Mickey Mouse (Disney) are both Red
It mean that Pooch The Pup and Oswald The Lucky Rabbit are good friend back then I chose him to be Blue like Oswald.
Pooch the pup didn't have colour in cartoon then i chose good fit for him.

Reach the Half Way 4/8 Toons from Classic Toons from 1930's.
This is my first Red Toons to be join in Mugen.

His gameplays will play as faster then most the of previous toons.
After it done then might retire and rejoin to compete the other half for 2022 or something.
Reaching of Part 1 Classic Cartoon 1930's Characters (Oswald, Felix, Pooch, Bimbo)
 
He is most well known for his role in the Betty Boop cartoon series, where he featured as Betty's main love interest. A precursor design of Bimbo, originally named Fitz, first appeared in the Out of the Inkwell series.

In 1932, a character created by Walter Lantz Productions, a dog named Pooch the Pup appeared as the star of his own cartoon shorts. Pooch greatly resembled Bimbo's design, and only a few months after Bimbo was removed from his own cartoon in 1934, Pooch was redesigned even further to look more reminiscent of his Betty Boop counterpart.

Pooch The Pup From Walter Lantz/ Universal stuido
First appearance in August 29, 1932
Created by Walter Lantz Studios (Before Woody Woodpecker, Andy Panda and Chilly Willy)
3 Classic Toons from 1930's are Competed. 5 of them remaining
 
Felix The Cat and Oswald the Lucky Rabbit has same Sprite style as him.
 
This is Later version of Pooch the Pup starting in Pin Feathers.
he had black fur, making him appear very similar to Oswald, except for his long, hairless tail.
While Lantz went on to direct the Pooch the Pup shorts, 
his colleague Bill Nolan would focus on the long-running Oswald the Lucky Rabbit cartoons.
Since he gone for so long then i he will get more moveset, Supermove for him. 
We would never know Pooch Weapons get it from.
 
Bimbo the dog (Fleischer) and Mickey Mouse (Disney) are both Red
It mean that Pooch The Pup and Oswald The Lucky Rabbit are good friend back then I chose him to be Blue like Oswald.
Pooch the pup didn't have colour in cartoon then i chose good fit for him.

New Felix The Cat sprite model plan before Felix 100th anniversary This Version mostly Twisted Tales of Felix Voice, Sprite, and rest. Someone them from the other show and the Returner Moveset like the older one. Felix is now greater fighter, strong magic bag super move, and mush more.
