I stand corrected on Lugia, it does work in WinMUGEN. I have no idea why it kept crashing it when I last tried :s

-Added Lugia by SoulSilver.
Despite how lacking it is, it manages to cause WinMUGEN to crash. No error message or anything, just 'WinMUGEN has stopped responding'.

Small update:
I've added download box colours for DOS M.U.G.E.N- and 1.1.-only characters; green and purple, respectively. The download boxes for XGargoyle's and Milano's Pikachu characters have been updated to reflect this. Also:
-Added Lopunny by ShinySpiritSeer
The is the version Endercreeper edited, but it only works in 1.1.

I guess so. Ax didn't exactly set the bar very high though.
In other news, the collection might be a bit harder to update now. I understand the code fully, but the WYSIWYG editor was far more helpful :s
