  1. MUGEN Characters actually weren't that big to begin with. Usually you could get a good MUGEN character for 2 or 3 megabytes. Then we started getting characters with bigger sound files and flashy hi-res graphics.
  2. No, but I'm expecting it to be. It already feels like a trend is coming on. Plus, if they're going to come up with a name for a proper sequel, why the heck SUPER Mystery Dungeon?
  3. Yikes, it looks like Gigan's getting in touch with a rather... different side of him.
  4. I'm starting to wonder if Nintendo isn't getting happy with these Pokemon Freemium games. First Trozei, then Rumble, and now is Mystery Dungeon next? What Pokemon spinoff franchise is safe now? Also, FINALLY completed Black Balloon. I just had to stop being stingy with gems, so I used up quite a few catching them.
  5. Stupid Tornadus! He's the last Pokemon I need to complete the Black Balloon, and I can't get the cursor to land on him, and even when I do, I can't catch that bastard for the life of me. Edit: I guess I need Krookodile too.
  6. The character I used to beat Super Evil Nega Ninja Slurpuff was under 1400 power.
  7. ...Are you kidding? Slurpuff was a pushover. The Swirlix that accompany it only use stat-lowering moves, and Slurpuff itself is slow and easy to evade. Slurpuff's main claim to fame is being able to use a healing move, but it heals for so little it's barely worth mentioning. Now the Slurpuff in one of the missions? That's another story entirely. You just figured that out now? Here's a tip to go by, once you get 5 gems, stop. You can only get five gems a day using that method. Afterward, they give you coins for every five until the next day in the game is registered.
  8. Finally got the fairy balloon. It has both Slurpuff AND Aromatisse. :D One thing I notice is that when stopping the wheel, it seems to always land on the space I absolutely DON'T want to land on. However, when getting the stage I do want, I seem to have the most success pressing A on the one I'm aiming for. It still lands randomly, but it tends to land on the one I want more often if I actually press A when the cursor highlights the one I want.
  9. Deejay's Whack-off winpose, or I'm not interested. :P
  10. Thanks. Honestly I wouldn't mind the mega-evil-cream puff in my sig either. Another question, I notice sometimes when I change the time on my 3DS, the game doesn't shift to a new day until about three days later, yet sometimes I change my time and the game ignores the fact I did so. Am I just lucky, or is there a reason? If there is, it might be key to getting the most jewels possible.
  11. Alright, I have enough gems for a White balloon, but I'm still saving up for either a Fairy or Dark balloon. I mostly just want the one with Aromatisse in it, but I don't know which one that is. Why Aromatisse? Because I think Aromatisse is charming, especially that cry. ...Which will probably be a weird high-pitched screech in this game. I swear, except for Pikachu, everyone's cry is just their normal cry raised in tempo.
  12. At least those bosses were accessable. Putting Cressla in a place you couldn't easily reach, thus needed certain moves in order to hurt her, was a pretty dick move.
  13. I can usually call when the opponent uses King Shield.
  14. I always had Megazard X on my team when fighting him, so maybe that's why I never had that much of a problem.
  15. I notice later missions give you 12 crystals instead of 11. ...Or at least the one I am currently on.
  16. I still don't get it though. Aegislash is never a Pokemon I had all that much trouble dealing with in OU.
  17. Alright, both 3rd gen balloons done and both 2nd gen balloons done. ...But I still have yet to unlock a lot of balloons. Also, got your dude Noob. I made him King recently. :)
  18. My friend code is 5472-8036-5464 Galvatron. Edit: Seems like you sent me a request a while ago. I never got it till now. Hopefully you'll run into Beary Nice soon. Edit: No, wait! I DID have you, you must have just gotten a new 3DS since I first added you.
  19. BTW, anyone want to trade friend codes to for spot pass? (If we haven't already, cause I don't think we in particular have.)
  20. Huh, I've never had that happen to me to be honest.
  21. I think I realized why I like playing as Wario so much. He is pretty much a come-back king. His down special, when fully charged, can kill as low as 50%. Silent, but deadly. I tend to go around doing damage with him in most fights, doing my best to send out a smash attack to kill the opponent and save the down B for the second life. Even if I get killed first and am getting my ass kicked for most of the fight, if I line that Down B just right, I can usually come out the victor. I was facing a Mario Player earlier and we were down to our last lives, and he managed to get me up to 190%, but I still ended up winning with the previous tactic. ...I don't think I was at my best though. I was in a heavily lit area and it was hard to see the screen, plus I was a bit distracted.
  22. ...No, at least Chesnaught can be hit by SOME attacks, making him hard to wobble, but not impossible. Plus, he still flinches from long-ranged attacks. ...I think. I'd have to refight him. Mega Evil Ninja Slurpuff is at it again. XD Also, good for you. I'm still only in the 40s, but I'm getting there. :)
  23. Honestly, I think Mamoswine's main claim to fame is that he's one of the only good offensive Ice Types. Ice Type, at it's core, is an offensive type. It has so many weaknesses, and only one resistance, but many types are weak to it including Dragon.
  24. It's kind of cool seeing Hippowdon up their in OU again, though Mamoswine and one of my mains, Mandibuzz, dropped. I don't know if it's the last of them I'll be seeing though. As for the Gallade drop, all I really can do is quote Nelson Muntz: Ha ha! Also Slurpuff rise. I like Slurpuff more than most people do (heck, she's in my damn sig for crying out loud. ...Though mostly as a joke). Slurpuff is kind of a two-trick Ponyta though, kind of has one physical set and one special set that works for it, but they can be pretty strong if used right. Slurpuff is the slowest fully evolved Pokemon with Unburden, but even then Unburden still makes it faster than most Pokemon. ...I don't know about most OU Pokemon, but still.
  25. I can beat that. The Mienshao boss is virtually un-wobbleable because it uses Protect before it goes into a tired state, and doesn't recover from Protect until his recovery attack.
