I tried mugen multiverse but it wants me to dl some crap before getting. Any help?

Thanks but I need characters with under 100 sprites because I'm making Sprite swaps and the sprites i'm using for this first character has at least 40 sprites that i could scrap up. some sprite editing will be done. I'm making a full-game with real sprite characters and I'm trying to make some boss types that are not cheap.

I'm looking for a character with less than 100 sprites and doesn't have a terrible AI. Not a cheap AI either. Any help?
