Finally dl the folder. I had to go and fix the def files to most of the characters because a lot of them had stuff like st1:.../.../basics/fatalitys Had to go delete unneeded crap.

Is there a DL for the MK Chaotic Characters that doesn't involve DLing the full game and waiting twelve years?

Thos stags slows my mugen down super bad.

I don't know who made him but he's in the StreetFighter The Movie The Game collection. He looks like a Samoan guy in a towel. I'd like a pallet for him made to have light Japanese skin like the original but with a realistic look.
