(Description)
The same creator of the ice using Ryu and wild custom Ken released a Guile who has all sorts of wind and tornado related abilities. The Ryu and Ken updates seem to add Dragon Ball Z-esque flashy coordinated attack compatibility with each other and Guile as well.

I'll most likely update these in another month or two, minor stuff.
Overall, I actually don't like how this turned out (no announcer, couldnt make the winicons look good ingame so i took them out, crappy timer font). I actually hate fonts in mugen now. Anyway enough babbling, dl if you wanna use em.

For the custom ports I left a template, just make the axis 0,0 and the Group 9000,112 when you add the sprite in FF.

To start 2021 with a bang, here's the newest 2020/2021 version (v2.5.1) of KOF Wing by Vanny/2Diyer.
With the three options of screenpack updated, addition of new characters, updates and new stuff for the existent ones and some bugs fixed.

SO! AFTER A WHOLE YEAR OF NOTHING FROM ME WHEN IT COMES TO EVERYTHING MUGEN RELATED REALLY, HERE'S FINALLY SOMETHING NEW!!!
Yea, because of School, Work and, actively forgetting to release some stuff, and not wanting to overload with uploads, which sounds stupid, something's finally coming up again.
 
This time it's a, rather, simpler joke character based on, well, Ryo Sakazaki from KOF (with someone else combined, hope that won't get tire-ing lol)
(And yes, he's heavily inspired by The_None)
 
NOTABLE STUFF:
- He's more of a traditional Shoto this time, with a 4 Button Layout and 2 extra Buttons, so, he has a KOF-Playstyle... yeah.
- He's actually slower then most characters I make, but a bit stronger when it comes to damage.
- I actually finished him a LONG time ago, but never thought of releasing him (there are several others, like 3, or so, that I haven't released + 2 updates for existing ones, i'll, most likely release those this year aswell!!!).
- He, obviously, features a Readme.

Hiya everyone.

nice to see you all again!

To celebrate April Fools Day and the YouTube Poop 20th Anniversary, I've made my new mugen creation, which is Hotel Mario from that Philips CDi Game, y'know..... Hotel Mario.

In the titular game, Mario and his brother, Luigi, travel from hotel to hotel to rescue the princess. In each hotel, he fought one of the Koopalings, until finally he defeated Bowser in his castle.

Hotel Mario is similar to Mario in weight though slightly heavier. Attacking using a variety of weapons like a crowbar, toaster, spray bottle, his brother, and more, all based off a mix of Ytps and the game itself.

And of course, the roa and cmc+ moveset.
