The standard OU bans still apply, so Mega Kangaskhan is still banned here.

 

One thing though that's been really annoying in the meta is Bright Powder Accelgor, consisting of Spikes, Guard Split, Toxic, and Bug Buzz. Accelgor is already stupidly fast as it is, and the ability to set up Spikes or cripple walls with Guard Split + Toxic AND immediately pivot out just puts so much offensive pressure on the opponent.

 

Oh and for the record, speaking of Bright Powder, if the move used fails for whatever reason (ie: opponent is already statused when trying to use Thunder Wave), then the switch doesn't occur.

Nice to see that Accelgor is actually relevant.

Thankfully the new Bright Powder doesn't affect flinching.

I could see Dragon Tail becoming much more common than normal, though IIRC, Dragon Tail forces the user to move last (unless that's changed too).

Well, if Drought and Drizzle get unbanned from UU, then that'd make Politoad and Ninetails relevant. In addition, Mega Swampert's already A- rank, even with Drizzle banned. I imagine he might become a lot more viable. It'd probably also hurt Mega Abomasnow, since there'd now be the presence of instant rain or sun, both of which tend to be better weathers than snow.

And yeah, Alakazam can learn a surprising amount of coverage. I remember teaching him Shock Wave and HP Fighting back in Diamond, though that was for normal gameplay.

Awesome! you know Skarmory been around for a long time i'm surprise it never gotten an evolution or mega form yet .  :-P

Yeah, Skarmory is one of those Pokemon I think needs a pre-evo.

As for Mega Skarmory, that'd definitely be powerful.

Poor Wobuffet... that thing used to be Uber material, and now he's hit the shitter.

Also, Mega Camerupt in NU... I expect he'll raise some more.

Fun little character, helps fill a gap in Touhou rosters, since none of the Ichirins before were really good, IMO. Fun to use, though lacking strong AI.

Rolento, by Jmorphman:

Rolento's pretty interesting, and a pretty tough fight due to his fairly tough AI. Not to mention it's by Jmorphman, who has a history of making pretty good stuff.
