This game isn't a MUGEN engine, and i doubt you could add these characters to MUGEN engine. However, the characters you want are available for MUGEN, except Luigi (Which i think just a palette swap of Mario)

I would love it if that Momiji has SWR/Soku gameplay. The sprites are nicer than Minoo's. I don't mind the MVC style since it's one of my favorite gameplay, i just don't quite like the striker system.

About time, finally someone used the better Momiji sprites than Minoo's. But i hope it has UNL gameplay though.
