Usually, under statedef -1 in the cmd file. Sometimes, other people use the state -2 under some CNS file. It doesn't really matter, as long as you know what you're doing.

What RicePigeon said. AILevel is such a blessing of a condition. You no longer have to put dumb commands at the top of a CMD file, and you can even make an AI behave differently depending on the difficulty setting. Mai Shiranui AI patch test I believe this is the same Mai Shiranui with the AI patch found here I threw in Mai's ending from RBFF2 at the end. One of her win celebrations cuts off a bit early, so I had to edit the audio a bit due to that.

Getting pretty close to filling this up. It only took around 6 years of on-and-off MUGEN use. I first got into MUGEN in 2006, but hadn't tried to fill in a big screenpack like this until around 2011. Some of the tiny portraits look the same, but that's because of the Mortal Kombat characters by Juano16.

I never cease to be amused by the morons that want this show to be 100% fights, and complain about it being "boring" and that "nothing happened" in these episodes. After getting burned out from all the fighting in Dragon Ball Kai's Buu Saga, I'm glad Dragon Ball Super is pacing itself properly. They established in the first 3 episodes what's been going on with the characters, and the danger approaching. I'm fine with the DB Super so far. EDIT: Yeah, I'm not cool with DB Super now. Hahahaha, hoooo boy, the writing is so weak in this.
