I think they aren't necessarily edits of Duracelleur's versions, since they have stuff like Max mode which the KOFA characters doesn't have. It's KOF styled though.

It should be noted howevers these WinMugen characters most of the time work in Ikemen GO.

It seems the only Genshin Impact character that isn't cheap is GTFoxN6Y's Lumine.
