    I do certainly have an intrest in the latter, there were a few in that folder i have for all chars I want to have patches of sometime. If there's anyone you want to suggest, I can certainly take a look, though again, I'm easily distracted, so it might take me a while to get around to them. KOF is something I just...can't really get into fgameplay wise when it comes to mugen. Trust me, I tried, there was this Segata Sanshiro I wanted to patch but I hated how fucking precise you had to be with his inputs and I've seen that stuff a lot when it comes to KOF chars.
     
    I must also say - I'm gennerally a fan of lower tiers to begin with. The strength of my patches is usually all over the place, but I do prefer them, even if I don't make a patch purposefully weaker to reach them. When I design these, gennerally, I want tohe char to play well with what it is good at, but still use at least 95% of their kit, unless a move is just striaght up awful. Again, if you got anything, feel free to suggest a char and I'll take a look sometime.

    M4A1 from Girls Frontline joins the battle!
     
    Based on one of the US army's iconic assault rifle, M4A1 is one of the main characters in the Girls Frontline game.
    As a fighter, she is a Shoto/Rushdown character who loves to stun opponents with her Rifle and rack up combos.

    In the main storyline, M4A1 had to endure the harshest of turmoils to become who she is now which is represented by the Trauma System.
    The trauma system regulates Trauma within M4A1. Essentially, the more damage she takes, the more trauma she accumulates and the more combos
    she land, the less trauma she has to sustain.
     
    = Notes about M4A1 =
     
    + Good aerial attacks that are unaffected by the trauma system.
    + Fair anti-air options with her Bicycle Kick having decent reach.
    + Unlike IDW, she generates Fairy Points naturally.
    + The more trauma she has, the stronger her attacks.
    + The less trauma she has, the faster her attacks.
    + Dashes and Hops instead of running. Impervious to projectiles while dashing.
    + Can also air dash
    + Can fire High Velocity (HV) rounds which provide meter or Hollow Point (HP) rounds which stuns her opponent for longer combos.
    + HV rounds can be fired continuously (not in the air though).
    + Can transform into an even more powerful form. (more info below)
    + Is an adorable cinnamon roll.
    - The more trauma she has, the slower her attacks.
    - The less trauma she has, the weaker her attacks.
    - Her Fairy Command abilities are expensive.
    - Fairy Point regeneration becomes sluggish at high trauma.
    - Both HV rounds and HP rounds take a while to replenish.
    - Dashing and Hopping all have long startup and end lags. Air dashes are excluded.
    - HV rounds are her only significant source of meter.
    - Dislikes cinnamon rolls.

    Word of warning! This character contains some flashing lights. I would not recommand using it if you are prone to seizures.
    This is my latest Knuckle Fighter conversion which I did on the side while I'm working on bigger projects. It's a simple conversion of a joke boss based on the fads surrounding the anime School Days, originally created by rasetuna6473.
    The character replicates the original to the best of my abilities, right down to the cheap AI that takes advantage of it's limited, but powerful, far ranged moveset.
    It's not very fair for Players or AIs to fight, but it might make for some interesting matches against other cheap characters or an, let's say, interesting arcade boss, if you really feel like going up against it.
    I also converted the character's home stage alongside it, which you can find in the folder above.

    Please keep in mind. While I have no problem with you editing any of my AI patches, please at least credit me. Similarly, feel free to reupload them anywhere, as long as I have credit for the patch.
     
    While I'm not against AI requests, don't expect me to do them right away. I may take very long because of how often I get distracted.
     
    Hello all. I've been into MUGEN for quite a while. Starting this year, I was finally able to make my own content. For the most part, I've only done AI patches so far, though I am working on my own projects as of right now.
    These AI patches are all intended for watch mode and might seem quite unfair to fight against as a human. They have also all been developed under Fast 6 and are intended for speeds around that area.

    Tokuyoko is a bizzare fighter capable of controlling the majority of the screen at a moment's notice.
    It hass great mobility, can summon a number of helpers that limit the opponent's ability to attack and boasts an incredible combo breaking tool that leaves it unable to be hit while using it.
    In addition, it's kill power is aided by low power consumption, with only two level 1 supers that are both quite powerful, including an unblockable fullscreen projectile storm.
    However, a drawback is that Tokuyoko can quite easily hit itself with a number of it's helpers. While the AI is careful not to use those moves too much when low on health, it has to take risks early on to get the most out of it's moves.
    Some of it's moves can also leave it rather open should they whiff.
    The character also struggles with grapplers once it gets caught by them, as it boasts no way to use it's combo breaker move out of custom states.
    Still, Tokuyoko is a fearsome opponent that can easily overwhelm it's enemies and finds itself squarely among the harder AIs.

    After a hiatus, my next patch is finally out. This is one for a rather simple char, A.T's Very Gnawty. Grab him at the usual link.

     
    Rank: Strong

    A simple patch that takes advantage of the few attacks that Gnawty has. Will relentless try to jump on his opponent again and again, though this can be blocked. Chips down opponents with his bomb special, which the opponent can actually hit and hurt himself, giving Gnawty more chances to hit.
    Also uses the coconut spit to approach, though not for much more. Despite keeping up his defenses when not attacking, Gnawty can easily be hit out of jump and has not superamor much unlike the original game, not helped by his size.
    Overall, can beat a lot, but is also beaten by a lot.
    Does exceptionally well against superarmors from my tests, as his jump can go on forever from the lack of knockdown.
     
    Look forward to more releases as I should be more active from now on. I do have one more patch done by now, but it requires a little more work before it can be released. I plan to complete 2 more and finally release Stocking, before I will move onto 1 or 2 of my own projects.

    The sprites are made in 1080P full HD standard. Therefore the size of the sff is VERY BIG.
    Be sure to use the 4 GB patch to patch mugen.exe before you use this character.

    I would like to thank Wicloud for fixing the palettes and Endercreeper for the base character.
     
    This project took about 9 months to develop, adding in several new moves and mechanics while overhauling others.
     
    Elemental Lopunny summons the elements of fire, frost or lighting to claim dominance on the battlefield. Use heavy punch and heavy kick to enter elemental shift then forward for fire, backward for ice and down for lightning. The current element is display in the upper corner of the screen as Mystic, Valor and Instinct respectively.
     
    When in ice form, Lopunny will prefer to stay at range, relaying on summoning (up to three) snowflakes with quarter circle backward, medium punch to empower icy burst which summons an additional flake for every flake summoned by ice flake and air ice flake. These flakes gain farther utility via light kick or medium kick to send them hurling into her opponent. These moves require setup time and should her enemy be reluctant to wait, Lopunny has a number of deterrence measures from meeting them head with whirlpool to greeting them with a counter Icy hammer. You know, I’m NOT going to tell you how to play, have fun and enjoy.
     
    Other Limits:
    I try to keep this short, this character has been built for 1.1 although 1.0 can be used to a lesser A.I. (has something to do with ailevel not wanting to play nice with 1.0). There are plenty of combos that become harder to complete as the combo becomes longer, but be sure to save a hyper at the end for maximum damage output. There are a few things to keep in mind when comboing to avoid frustration.
     
    You cannot use rest while in fire more
     
    Fireball becomes combustion after setting your opponent on fire for instant damage at the removal of burn for that combo.
     
    Snowflake summon is limited to 3 flakes not including the flakes from Icy wind or Ice pins.
     
    Snowflakes summon can be launched using light or medium kick and will be lost if left idle or if Lopunny takes damage while in idle state
     
    Thunder requires a set thunderune to use or a charge gain randomly while comboing your opponent.
     
    Shockwave (lighting dash), ice flip kick, fire kick, and fire spin are limited to a combine total to 3 uses per combo.
     
    Barriers such as Ice wall, reflect and the more offensive fire mine are all on the same cooldown and cannot be used while another is active.
     
    Burning hi jump kick and anti-air punch are limited to 2 per combo.
     
    Strong jumping hard punch has a bounce so long as the juggle combo is below 10 hits and not already used
     
    launching kick loses effectiveness after a juggle combo above 5 hits
     
    Heave Ho! Only works once per combo
     
    Brutal swing losses combo bounce after a juggle combo of 10 hits or higher or already used
     
    dynamic punch has hyper armor but the link into burning finger does not
     
    submerge is hitable by any low attack
     
    fire spin and whirlpool are immune to projectiles
     
    burning targets (caused by fire special move the require charge or power) can be detonated via fireball key (conflagration)
