An author by the name of Wang made a very unfinished version of Thunder McQueen. Yet another character that I don't have a link of.: 
 

Omegapsycho only made T.Hawk, Viga, E. Honda and Balrog. All the other projects in red were WIPs he was working on before he disappeared.

While I don't have Rin and Bat's characters, they were based on the boss versions in SF2, not the playable versions.

In addition to the back modes already mentioned in Warusaki3's characters, Ryu has an Evil Ryu mode, Akuma has a Shin Akuma mode, Geese has a Nightmare Geese mode, Sakura has a Sunburnt Sakura mode, M. Bison has a Final Bison mode, and Zangief has a Mecha-Zangief mode.
