Yeah, I like the idea it sorta symbolizes what mugen is, random people from random places. and guys regarding the banner the actual name of the file is "branding_bg" sooooo thats technically our BRAND, not our banner. SOOOOOOO HA! -

I believe it is possible, I ran across that before but I never implemented it. also the "banner" as you guys call it , is not the banner, its part of the template. the words MUGEN FREE FOR ALL, is the banner. -
haha, there is not real proper way. distortion is your friend the lower the resolution.

there are no hard coded Dizzy States. dizzy is coded attack side, and its a custom state. the reason all characters have the animation is because elecbyte wanted it to be a standard for all characters. but the reasons a character enters dizzy state, is not Boomer's fault but his attackers, most likely 9's fault.

@ squirtle, actually when using Fighter Factory, you can start at any sprite and not nessesarilly the small portrait. in winmugen and dosmugen and OLDER none mugen 1.0 characters, YES you SHOULD start with it, but you don't have to, cause fighter factory can fix it.

SUPPOSEDLY. When you add the image you dont have to make it a shared palette. I was told years ago by Cyanide that small portraits and big portraits do not need to share colors. If thats the case then you shouldnt have any trouble when you replace the sprite and "NOT" share the pal.

neva! i made him specifically for 1280,720 resolution. sooooo he is to accommodate that. he will play properly regardless of resolution, he is just a tiny bit short, i mean he really is KFM's height.

download him anyways. you can't base your decision to play with a character based on feedback. I gotta remember the creator did most of what he did intentionally. unless its a game breaking error, which he has none of. well I know alot of people still don't use 1.1, so i didnt want to make him complete 1,1, even thought I could really use that zoom feature.

I coded his intro voice to stop if you skip the intro, because its so long. I added Blue CLSN. Took away ability to air recover. the voices are not the offical ones, Im waiting for proper ones.

personally i would leave his localcoord as 1280,720, even if he is a bit smaller he is about the same height as KFM. when he stands straight.

Well I'd like to mention. I feel he is definately ready for public release now. but there is 1 thing holding me back! Voices! I do have Virtua Fighter 4 voices, But I PM-ed Hoshi about resending him his sound rips from Climax, Because Hoshi said they had all of his sounds including fight ones. Which I didnt find. So here's hoping for that! but I also want to note, before releasing him the "Breaker" (XYZ) does not properly work the same way as in the game. It doesnt recover health and power, but you can use it at any time, normal, end of combo, while being hit, as long as you have 1 super guage. also Grab is coded, and super ports are added to supers.

I choose this because I figured in a fighting game which uses textures and effects and 3d models and stuff to scale it. so i figured let me pick akira, he is a physical fighter and doesnt need effects. I WAS HORRIBLY WRONG! EFFECTS EVERYWHERE! Luckily I found some effects that are VERY close to the original.

Never heard of it. but you can use " pi " in mugen. i've seen it used for stuff like 360/pi and stuff like that. so i guess +pi
