hmmmm, that is strange because I've never had issues doing that to someone in the past. but again, why are you converting them? because of portraits?

99% of the time you don't need to convert the characters at all. just set there mugen version = 1.1 in the def. and save there SFF as mugen 1.1 in fighter factory. they shold work fine. If your having trouble with big portraits, don't replace them. instead delete whats in the character, and re-add them.

Jigglypuff does not copy moves. It is against Jigglypuff's character and WILL to copy moves. If you really want to give her a move she deserves, give her a marker in her hand and let her draw on p2. as in projectiles or stabs or a super. also. Shame on you for making Jigglypuff copy moves!

SO i'll write it out in english with minor code, and you try to piece it together. ok so do your first state State 1 Invisible plays animation, make sure last frame of animation is -1 index (no sprite) with a -1 time, so you stay invisible "forever", also include 3 changestate, 1st changestate for command = "a" , 2nd changestate for command = "b", and a 3rd changestate for time, so even thought your invisible you can't stay that way forever and the 3rd one will send you to your not invisible state. State 2 Attack A use a posset code or a posadd code to position player 1 where you want them to attack, play your animation of course, and 1 changestate to send the player back to there stand. State 3 Attack B use a posset code or a posadd code to position player 1 where you want them to attack, play your animation of course, and 1 changestate to send the player back to there stand. pretty much the same as A except this only works if you press B , of course I'm using A and B commands for example. State 4 Exit Just play an aanimation or explod to smoke screen it, and make the player reappear and 1 changestate to send back to stand.

yeah , cause you NEED to index your sprites. regardless of what version of mugen or which SFF you use (SFF2 supports 24bit images), YOU STILL NEED TO INDEX YOUR IMAGES. (not yelling) I personally use Paintshop Pro. but if you need a free alternative Gimp Paint.net work really well to. They CAN do almost the same thing, but some buttons are named differently, so google it for easy success!

Hey guy' Im gonna update the forum. Im giving everyone a early warning, for some reason or other when I update the forum some themes get messed up. just a warning.

Using pre-made fonts such as truetype work really well. but the problem I have with them is they are more or less just white and with minor "blur" around the edges. you CAN change the colors of them using the color codes after the fonts. font1 = 1,0,0 , 255, 255, 255 Because of the lack of detail in the fonts I find it better to make fnt2.0's in stead, using graphical images. This wont help you but i figured why not.
