There are so many games that I don't even know about. So are these single layer? Do they have parrallax?

yeah cosmic carnage was one of the only ok titles from the Sega 32X , my cuz had it for his, so ive actually played it a few times

I kind of wish some of the characters from that game were made for MUGEN. A Naga and Naruto character would be nice.

All stages have at least 2 Layers, some have more and animation. Floor is normal, no parrallax. They are pretty much close to the source.

Naga (Naja) has allready been converted. Brock send her to me some time ago. She isn't that good but kinda playable.

Yes, those creators bring surprise releases very often. Cosmic Carnage Chars arent that easy to rip thoug, since the have got some very complex animations

If they do make it i hope, that they at least make Naruto his American/European version rather then his crappy human version from the Japanese one.
