YochiIsC00lest333 Posted January 4 Share Posted January 4 A little correction: HCL's Ness you listed in this correction was never made by HCL, but actually made by shanetheninjaboy (as far as I know, as they stated to the public that he lied about finding HCL's Ness), since this one is actually a spriteswap of K.Y-Shanxi's Ness with broken hitboxes and more overpowered PK Starstorm. HCL's actual Ness (which remains lost or, even worse, private) plays like in Tatsunoko vs Capcom (as creator states in readme file if you dare to translate from Japanese), but the one you added has Smash playstyle as shanetheninjaboy spriteswapped K.Y-Shanxi's Ness with poorly digitized sprites (something that SNS and HCL do even better, which even HCL's actual Ness does not look like that). Despite having "Elecbyte & Mike Werewolf" in author field, Mike Werewolf (who made completely different Link) had no connections to this SSBM 3D Link (as this SSBM Link being based on Mike Werewolf's KFM Master (even the file names were untouched) and the 3D models digitized into sprites is most likely dragon972's creation, which is the same case as his other creations like Megaman Volnutt from Tatsunoko vs Capcom (who also has author field unmodified from base character (KFM Master) and features 3D models digitized into sprites)) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
