They tend to be flashy, full of memes, and rather cheap at times, and a lot of the more recent feedback people tend to give him is mostly derogatory due to the way he has approached feedback in the past. I really wouldn't encourage him to leave or even celebrate it. I don't want to make him feel worse, regardless of if he actually improves or not.
