How do you download Mugen Archive larger than 8MB files without account?

Hey guys, so there's this character called Dormammu-R and I'm curious on how to download it. I have a second MA account since the first one got banned for inactivity and the second one didn't get approved by a mod yet and I don't think they will approve of me since you cant create another account on the same IP address (not even kidding). So I'm curious on how to get it. If there is no other way, where else can I find it?

I have a problem with download Fei Ying from Armor Hero XT, and I have been created a new account and the website ban my account for a "Illegal Archive Traffic", but I haven't do nothing about for banning my account for 24 hours. Fei Ying is larger between the 31.37MB, if you help me to put the char on mediafire or upload Fei on AK1 Mugen Community or here on the Tokusatsu Collection, I would be grateful for that. I can't put the link because it's blacklisted here.

You don't best way to get it is ask someone privately who does have an account not publicly announcing what it is you want.
