Omega Efex made one idle sprite, ink made an unfinished idle animation with it, and then chucho finished off the anim: chucho is working on the sprites currently, but his progress is slowed because of his other projects. M. Bison is on my SF3 W.I.P. list, I'll start focusing on him once Sagat is finished.
