The best Goku for MUGEN gains a new update a month ago. 280gou did some adjustment on Goku. Here's the update log.
- Configuration and AI revamped
- AI fixed
- Power cost fixed in some supers like Super Genki-dama
- Goku is now invincible when the assist character attacks during Genki-dama charging
- Bugs on the sprites fixed

- Level 1 supers doing crazy damage up the wazoo.

- Unfair invincibility frames everywhere.

- His transformed state makes him do way too much damage. Like, blink and you're dead high damage.

 

From just a few minutes of testing.

 

It's another of those broken DBZ characters for the sake of being broken.

 

Sorry, but I fail to see how this is remotely close to the best Goku around.

EXTRA NOTES
- Goku have special intros with Vegeta, Krillin, Trunks, Bills, Piccolo, Frieza and Gohan (tested against the chars by CobraG6)
- Goku have unique special intro against Vegeta by Bagilu (reference to Super Butouden 3 intro, as seen in the release video) and Chichi by Ohgaki
- His supers are references to DBZ anime scenes and games like Super Butouden 3, Xenoverse 2 and DB FighterZ
- The Hakai attack in SS God Blue form is a reference to the DB Super manga

ABOUT THE ULTRA INSTINCT
- The Ultra Instinct have a unique energy bar (the gray one)
- Have unique attacks with the same combinations of the other transformations
- Like the Super Saiyan God Blue and Blue Kaioken, the Ultra Instinct it's too OP and deals a lot of damage
- Dodge every normal attack, but not special and blast attacks

ABOUT THE MASTERED ULTRA INSTINCT
- Have unique attacks with the same combinations of the other transformations
- Dodge every attack!
- It also have a unique Energy Bar that when gets empty, Goku loss the round
- In the next round, Goku don't have any energy and gets very weak. He can be defeated with a single attack
- But just press Start when the enemy was about to attack to Frieza appears to made an epic combination finish!

Never mind guys, sorry about that, a friend just sent it to me☺, Buh do u guys know of a Naruto that has as much transformations as this son Goku
