it doesnt work on 1.1 without deleting some states...

There is a link to the fixed -2, she works perfectly fine in 1.1 now.

So uh i cant figure out how to use the Arc type Version of  her since it insta kills the enemys as soon as match starts, there any way i can remove that?

The character is most likely only made for that, so even if removing it is possible (don't have my pc available, or otherwise I would check it out.) the character would be unable to do anything. Correct me if I'm wrong though, I havent been able to test her.
