A forgotten Capcom character? Well... Gladiacloud released decent versions of Michelle Heart and Pure & Fur. They have their problems (energy-restoring supers, for example), but nothing too bad.

Yeah, just so you guys know, Chuchoryu had absolutely nothing to do with this. Mazemerald used his Samus as a base, that's all. Maze just decided not to change...anything. At all. Just swapped the sprites.

 

Chuchoryu has been getting better with every character, and people like him should be encouraged. It's because of him we have a decent Juri, Kazuya, Seth, and an interesting Samus, among others, because people took Chuch's characters and re-coded and improved them. Now he's apparently gone, and I for one really miss his releases. He really has been improving. And he's a very nice, friendly, and helpful person.

 

For all of you shitting on him, why don't you go and make something better? Creators like Chuchoryu should be encouraged, and helped to improve. Just saying that someone "sucks" or whatever is not helpful, it just makes you look like a douche. 

 

With all of that said, yeah, this sprite swap is pretty terrible, ha. All I can say is, Maze does admit he is a horrible coder. It seems like he is hoping this will encourage someone to make a better version of Saki. I remember Nestor was working on one, is he still around? He was involved with the creation of some fantastic characters...
