The nico nico video only shows him as a projectile based character. So are those moves in the video his normals? Kinda weird having a sword and just using magic based attacks. Does this character have combo potential?

He has, it seems like a custom version of Akaitsuki Blitzkampf. And his normals aren't ranged.
