I dunno what you mean by most Shimakazes for mugen since it only has like what 3? Which for the most part they arent coded great they're okay. In KFX i imagine your talking about that oe by the fellow who makes those PC-98 characters and stuff right?

I don't know, but they used to have a ton of characters on their website, including a few Nitro Royale characters that were converted to KFX. Most of their characters consisted of vocaloids, but they have apparently hidden all of the character files for some reason. They can still be downloaded, you just need to figure out the file names in order to download them.

Yeah, me too. Which Shimakaze are you talking about, though? I have a 3D one, but it doesn't work for KFA, so I've never actually tried it...

That's the Shimakaze I'm talking about. She's only for KFX, so she won't work in KFA.

Oh, yeah. I downloaded literally everything on that site, but was bummed they didn't work. I kinda wanted to see what they did, especially some like Mami. I even downloaded all of the skins, too.

I think I found that site, I went through every KFA looking site in my "Past 6 months ago" history folder, and did run into that site's photo. He wasn't there, though.

 

Also, after downloading every folder on that site you showed me, I found Haggar Mario, but not the other one. Thanks a lot, again.

It was actually a completely different website. I don't have the link, but I remember there being a KoF XIII Terry Bogard in one of the screenshots on the website, but the download page for it was gone. :(

I'm not him, but I can say Magic Toaster has made a few characters from it, and a Japanese creator named ZETA has converted a lot of characters from it. Dissida has done a few as well.

You've pretty much answered your own question by linking the web site. There's a tool called ".PPT hac" that rips the sprites, though it may not work for all "PPATTERN" types. Only works for KFX I believe.
