New Spec Ops Mexican Typhoon

Here its the new version of the Spec Ops badass indian Mexican Typhoon, to celebrate MugenMultiverse's Month of Madness 2.

He is now an mugen 1.0 exclusive character, and got plenty of fixes and new moves.

His Hawk now can attack and even interrupt the enemy's moves.

Most custom features are cool!  The coolest one in my opinion is the eagle calling! Nice~~~~~~~

 

I will use him to fight Samurai Showdown Nakoruru, I bet M.T.'s eagle can bite off Nakoruru's!

There is a cool thing about the hawk: Call it and let the oponent hit you (specially with a multiple hit move). in random cases, the Hawk will execute an hyper by itsef :)
