She mentioned we'd need to talk to the..."trainers" on the underground level. I have a feeling these "trainers" are some skilled fighters in their own right. Darkflare typically employes some of the most skilled fighters around. The last time I met a trainer undergeround...it turned out to be a fierce battle. I'm sure he took that battle into account when designing his new facilty. Well...I'm ready when you guys are. We can take the elevator Darkflare came out of earlier. It's this way... Melina leads as she and LightFlare head toward the nearest elevator and wait for the others...

LightFlare and Melina overhear the conversation Darkflare haves with Sub-Zero... Looks like Dark is gonna be busy for a bit... Yea. Guess you guys are gonna have to continue that "bromance" a bit later than you had hoped for. Why not do both? I've had some experience with his training drills. During that time, they were in the prototype stage. Though I didn't know it at the time, if they were any indication of how effective his exercises could be...then I'm sure he a drill will allow us to sharpen multiple facets of our game. Walt, Melina and I can strengthen or close quarters combat. Umbra, Lucent and Raina can work on their distance fighting skills. Or we can all interchange on the fly. And Lucent...you'll still have a chance to sharpen your summoning skills. We should browse the various options first. We should look for some kind of terminal. The arenas on this floor seem to have a devise near them. Most likely we just insert our cards and follow the prompts. Although I think the "good stuff" is on the bottom floor. Let's consult a maid before deciding. Melina calls over one of the nearby maids... Excuse me! We're looking for a training activity that will allow us train as a group. We'd like to work on various skills in multiple ranges of combat.

Then we got ourselves a team. Unless Walt and Umbra wanna "settle their differences..." Which one? Wait...that robot...or whatever. He's the one you guys mentioned before. Am I right? You made him sound like a killer. Yet this guy brought him in...on his own... I'm starting to understand the full scope of just how unpredictable this place can probably be at times... Ok...I've got to ask. What exactly is..."It?" Correct me if I'm wrong...but your powers are a...manifestation of one's dreams...or even nightmares, right? If so...are they pulled from each individual, or is there a whole WORLD where these "things" exist? I've had my fair share of "dream invasions" that I'm almost certain this other world DOES exist... LightFlare looked directly into Lucent's eyes...gauging his responses for sincerity... Hmm...bounty hunting. Hasn't crossed my mind...but I'll admit. It sounds exciting...and exceptionally dangerous. I enjoy a good one on one, and fighting with your comrades is fun... But going after a Target and not knowing if they have backup or not... Well that can lead to a fatal situation. Do you guys perform Recon or have much information on the targets? Or do you just get a name and a picture of a face?

No...it's fine. I love a good battle, but fighting isn't everything. (So some things are on a need to know basis...always the strategist eh, "Flare-sama?") It's fine. I'll just wait till he shows up... Within one of the arenas, a fighter could be seen participating in a training exercise. The fighter was not very big in statuer. They displaced extraordinary speed and agility as the attacked multiple targets one after the other... Two large fighters were sparring in another room. It looked like a heavily contested grappling match. Both fighters traded holds and the flow of battle seemed to go back and forth as they traded heavy strikes and crippling body slams... There were several other training sessions as well with participants from all over the world... This sounds like a good place to get a good workout. I've gotta say this place is amazing! Wouldn't you guys agree? Although I do have a question. Could you elaborate more on the bounty hunting sessions?

Thanks...but that won't be nesecerry. Me and Darkflare have an..."agreement". I participate in his..."observations", and in return I have full access to his facilities. On the other hand, I'll be joining the "normal" way... Heh...suit yourself. (Anwalt...you are as oblivious as you are handsome...) LightFlare quietly walks over and sits next to Lucent... As they drew closer to the Hangout, a rather large and obscure building could be seen as they closed in on their destination...then...they arrive. Ok guys. Where here. LightFlare leads the others inside. The place was a technological marvel. Various training facilities and devises could be seen from the lobby. And mechanical maids that seemingly skated across the area from one side to the other to point it is an amazing feet in itself that they don't collide. Melina is in awe... (This place is incredible. I've got to take a close look at this place....) ...LightFlare approaches the front desk and spoke to the maid Hello there. I'm here to see my old friend...Darkflare. Could you tell him LightFlare is here to see him. @Darkflare

I guess you guys are cool with going around... So you agree about Lilith as well? I guess well find out the truth once we get to the Hangout. I'm getting anxious to see this place up close actually... Ok...around it is.. LightFlare leads the others around the large group of people...

As they walked through the city, Melina turns to Raina and stikes up a conversation. So Raina...where your from...does everyone use magical powers like yours? It's funny. It almost seems like you and Lilith are from the same place. Looks like we got some major festivities going on up ahead... We could just walk around if you want. Although I'm not opposed to getting a closer look. It's up to you guys...

Agreed. Lets keep moving... LightFlare continues to lead the others. As they navigate through the more congested area of Candor, they were now heading in the direction toward the Hangout.

Umbra. I think it may cause a commission if you sent a wolf in to scout the area. There is a chance that the locals will dismiss it as just a stray dog, but that's not certain. Unless...your wolf will only be seen by you. Do you HAVE such an ability?

He notices that the number of people in the immediate area dropped sharply. He could sense something was up... (I sense trouble...and it's major. Even Penny can feel it, so I know it's not just me. But before LightFlare would lead them around, he noticed one of the Mech Guards was in close proximity to the group. He decided to approach him and inquire about the situation. Excuse me. A lighthearted smile came on LightFlare's face as he replied... That's a great story. Seems logical...but it's not entirely accurate. I did train with him. And by with him...I mean I trained and he watched. I've used his facilty on a few occasions. In return I've been...for lack of a better term...his lab rat. But it wasn't all cheese mazes and beakers full of mystery fluid. I learned some things about myself as well. But our names are unrelated...well...as far I know... LightFlare has wondered the same thing. He never questioned it.. He's good...but he's no angel. But who is in this crazy world we live in. Actually...I know an "angel"...if you can believe that.
