Melina prepares to strike when the assassin disappears right before her eyes... What's going on? He disappeared!? Did we lose? Did the other team already finish? Something must have happened. That's a bold fashion statement. But I think you pulled it off...now. Time to go hunting. A portal opens and wolf comes out, snatches the axe out of the assassins head and brings it to Umbra. Umbra goes into making his next move. Huuaaah! Melina decides to repay the helpful wolves by not slamming them along with the assassin and instead uses her strong grip to simply snap his neck...seeing as "great minds think alike." This allows the wolf trapped between the assassins legs to escape. The other wolf simply released his grip. Good boys...now to find the "real threat." Melina petted the wolves who then seemingly barked in appreciation before reuniting with Umbra. Melina begins to survey the area. Anwalt begins leaning his body back brings his arm down from the missed uppercut and tries to catch the Assassin on the bridge of the nose hopping to at least stun the assassin enough to retreat or continue the assault. The dark chi inside LightFlare became erratic... (What was that attack?! I'm having trouble controlling my Dark Chi...) Hmph! LightFlare stomps the ground. This time no dark energy surrounds him. He appears calm again. (I'll need to use my Light Techniques for the time being...) (We'll have to settle up next time...eh, Young Lady.) Anwalt hears the gunshots. Unaware of who the target is, he takes no chances and falls on his back using the momentum from his previous attack on the assassin. "Whoopsies!" Hearing the gunshot, Lucent, Melina, Umbra and LightFlare quickly find cover. Raina! Crap! Can anyone tell where the snipers are?! I can..! I can, as well! Good! You two can take on those two snipers. Melina! How bout you show that assassin who's the fastest? I'll continue to support from here. Sounds like a plan, Pretty Boy! Hook a girl up wit some extra speed! They're not to far from where the others are. Based on where the gun shots came from. Well that assassin will be on top of us any second. And the snipers are gonna blast every box till we have no cover left. So we'd better move! Ready!? Melina, LightFlare and Lucent nod to show they understand. Lucent casts Boon of Swiftness on Melina. Melina sprints from behind her cover and runs toward the Assassin that was deflecting bullets. She closes the gap and draws her arm back hoping to deliver a strong attack. If it connects it will cause the assassin to be stunned and open to another attack. At the same time LightFlare and Umbra flanked by 3 wolves begin moving towards the Snipers. Umbra uses his wolves to pinpoint the snipers locations. One wolf rushes one of the snipers while the other rushes the remaining sniper. The assassins blade cuts the chain from the axe as the axe continues to go through the portal behind the assassin. Heh... The portal closes as the blade goes through and reopens over the assassins new position as the axe comes flying back out like a spear at the assassins back. Simultaneously Umbra pulls back the chain and tries to swing it towards the assassins legs in an effort to capture them or distract him. The second wolf is relentless and immediately goes for the leg of the assassin. Meanwhile, Melina quickly recovers from her missed attack and tries to use her small window of opportunity to grab the assassin from the back with her arm around his neck. If successful she will slam him to the ground on his head. Anwalt pulls back on his captured are, places his feet firmly on the ground, tightens his stance, blocks the palm strike with his forearm and tries to use the same arm to deliver an uppercut that could send the assassin airborne if it connects. This has been quite exhilarating, young lady. But I know you're not done.. LightFlare begins to charge his next attack. This all to familiar stance tells what possibly lies ahead for Lilith... Let's keep the teamwork going, Light! Chill Focus! Lucent casts Chill Focus on LightFlare.

You're "dead" set on getting me,huh? Umbra aims for the assassins head and uses his right arm to throw his axe like a Javelin as its chain flails behind it. The portal comes closer to the Assassin. Having been healed, Melina quickly does aerial role and perched on top of a box not targeted by the enemy. She pushes of the box and executes a flying kick at the back of the assassins head. If it connects she will follow up with a heavy hitting combo. Yeah! We got this in the bag! Anwalt rushes the one of the other assassins with a hook punch that can apply a weakpoint if it connects. The wolves stop spinning, quickly turn around and pounce on the assassin looking to grab his arms. If successful the the assassin will be unable to attack for the next turn. LightFlare uses the the leaping strike technique to place himself between Lilith and the boxes. LightFlare uses the boxes behind him to block him from the enemy snipers. LightFlare as he hits the ground he does not use his elbow strike but instead uses the energy pillar attack from before. This time however the pillars do not surround him but instead raise in front of him intending to block the orbs from Lilith. Raina! Take out those pesky spiders! Chill Focus! We'll aren't you the resourceful one. Umbra motions for the the assassin to come closer. As he doing so, the portal behind the assassin suddenly moves toward the assassins back. If it reached the assassin he could swallowed up by the portal. Umbra could also see Lilith out the corner of his eye. Melina falls to that ground stunned. Another one bites the dust. Anwalt eyes suddenly open wide as he grabs a large piece of the floor near him, spins around and tosses it at the Assassin blocking Raina's attack like a shot puck. He uses rhe momentum from his spin to roll behind a box nearby. His hope is to damage the assassin enough for him to lose control of Raina's attack as well. Incoming attack! Lucent, Umbra and LightFlare see Lilith coming and quickly spread out avoiding the attack. Guys! I've got a couple blood thirsty assassins licking thier chops over here! Can you do something about "Miss Glowy Eyes?" Umbra quickly summons two portals and two wolves come out like drills at the the wounded assassin. (The move she used back at The Bottom. Umbra uses the chain on the end of the axe to pull it back towards him catching the taunting assassin and impaling the back of his head with the blade of the axe while continuing to pull the axe back. Ha! That looks delightfully painelful! Melina maintains her footing only adjusting her body slightly... Huuuaaaaah! Anwalt burries his hands into the ground and unearths a large chunk of the concrete floor and hurls it straight up with the speed of a rocket towards the assassin. LightFlare finds himself stunned...again. Aaannd...Light's gone again. That selfish LightBulb! Some hero! Now I've gotta bring him back...again! You can find him, right? You know I can. A portal opens under LightFlare. He falls through. A sniper just landed over there. Be alert. LightFlare falls through the portal onto his face near Umbra. Umbra and Lucent laugh as Lucent heals LightFlare. Two wolves come from the portal behind the previous assassin and attack the spiders. Looks like our friend Lilith decided to pay us a visit. Umbra creates another portal behind the assassin. Nice moves! Here's...your reward! A chain suddenly appears dangling from Umbra's axe as he uses his right hand to throw it like a spear at the assassin. You're tough. And you even talk trash. Well...sorta. You're my type for sure. Except dating an A.I. isn't my thing...so... Melina does a quick dash and firmly places her feet down as she places one hand in front of her and draws back her fist. Heh... Anwalt attempts to duck the attack and simultaneously execute an upward kick that would send the assassin in the air. The bullet destroys the box LightFlare was hiding behind. (Those ninjas can deflect projectiles...even bullets...) LightFlare hears the grappling hooks and immediately strikes down the sniper before rolling behind cover to gather energy. Lucent was still standing near Umbra. (I could intercept him but I need to continue to support Light...Umbra...) Umbra! His sword! No problem! Umbra summons a portal with his left hand under the blade while while Lucent executes Chill Focus on LightFlare. System Information 1. The spiraling wolf causes the assassin's blade to recoil as it continues toward the assassins chest. The bugs around here are relentless! Umbra quickly spins his axe in front of him like a propeller blade hoping to slice and dice the bugs into pieces. The spiraling wolf ricochets of the blade causing the assassins sword to recoil and fly out of his hand and leaving the assassin off balance. (Now...) Melina quickly dashes forward as her body flashes yellow for a spit second and executes a quick straight punch at the assassins back that will cause knockdown it it connects. Ruuaaah! Anwalt reaches over and pulls up the piece of the floor he unearthed and flings it forward as a projectile and sheild from the assassins attack. LightFlare hears the grappling hook. As the sniper rises up, LightFlare instantly uses the gathered energy to leap up and strike the sniper down before he could escape eliminating him from the battle. (Well...aren't you bold. Most snipers don't expose themselves like this. ) LightFlare is further away and uses his distance to take cover and gather energy. The spiraling wolf causes the the blade to recoil as the wolf ricochets toward the spiders nearby. This would momentarily expose the assassin to another attack ... Keep it up guys! Chill Focus! Ah, ah, aaaaah.... Just as the assassin gets close with his attack, Umbra opens a portal in front of him and a second portal near Lucent. The remaining 3 wolves circle around maintaining their spiral attack. One heads for the back of the assassin attacking Umbra, one spins toward the assassin attacking Lucent and one attacks the assassin leaping at Melina. A bit to slow.... Just as the assassin is about to connect with his attack, Melina swiftly sidesteps the assassins attack as he slices two of the spiders that where chasing her instead. Melina suddenly smiles... (Come on...one more time...) Oh no you don't! Stay down! Anwalt performs the same move on the remaining two spiders. LightFlare knew he would be exposed oncs he landed and quickly roles while firing a Light Burst and takes cover, narrowly avoiding being shot. LightFlare hears the sniper enter the factory and turns in the direction of the sound. (Another sniper...) From his current vantage point, LightFlare could see where the enemies hid themselves...but is to far to warn the others. (It seems I've isolated myself...yet again. Guess it's just in my nature...) LightFlare crouches down out of sight and begins gathering chi. Umbra's portal opens up near Lucent... How convenient... Lucent jumps into the portal as it closes the moment he's through. The portal opens and Lucent emerges near Anwalt. Now! LightFlare! Chill Focus! Lucent casts Chill Focus on LightFlare. System Information 1. Way to go, dumbass! Now we have even LESS cover from those damn snipers! Shut your face, Ant Brain! At least I'm attacking! You're standing around like a useless bag of...! Put a sock in it, Umbra! The enemy is closing in! Get ready! Alright, alright! Umbra summons 5 portals in front of the approaching spider bots, while holding his axe in front of his body. Five wolves come spiraling out toward the bots. Whether they connect or not, they will continue on to try and impale the approaching assassin as well. Your mine! Melina suddenly leaps from behind cover and executes an advancing kick that swings wide targeting 5 of the spider bots while allowing her to continue moving forward towards another box for cover. Anwalt quickly runs out and stomps the ground creating a large wall of rock and concrete that attacks the spiders while simultaneously shielding him from any attacks from his front. Now the real fight begins...Lucent! Where is the sniper!? Just ahead. Across the building. Looks closely... Lucent describes the snipers position to LightFlare. He looks and notices the sniper... (There you are...) LightFlare leaps into the air and almost instantly lands delivering a fatal blow to the Sniper and eliminating him from the round. (Ah...i see...) Raina! There's one more sniper I could see! If you can find a clear shot, take it! But just make sure the other enemies don't intercept your shot! Lucent tells Raina where he saw the other sniper and casts Chill Focus on Raina. Her next attacks will have 100% accuracy. System Information 1. Lucent begins to decribe to the others what he sees... I sees small "spider" like robots. A couple dozen of them I think. About six highly mobile "ninja" enemies. And in the distance...wait...!? Horror sets in when Lucent realizes what he sees. Get down! Lucent instantly puts up his barrier, blocking the lethal shot. He floats down to the rest of the team. Snipers. They have snipers as well. Then I suggest you don't fly in large open areas. You blocked that shot only because you were able to notice them. That will most certainly not always be the case when it comes to snipers. Use low lateral movements when flying for this round. Mostly as an evasive maneuver. This round will be interesting to say the least... I say we give them a nice warm welcome. There's that sadistic smile of yours... I can hear them getting closer...on your guard! Melina and Anwalt take defensive continually switching positions behind boxes surveying the area for the inevitable swarm of enemy attackers. Lets rock n' roll! Umbra summons a large spiked wheel and kicks it across the field. The wheel is large and fast enough to crush walls and barriers that may be in it's path. Umbra continues to move to his right... Lucent! I'll need a buff to increase my chances of hitting these guys. LightFlare takes partial cover behind a box. He leans to the side and focuses on his surroundings... Understood! Lucent casts Chill Focus on LightFlare. His next attack will have 100% accuracy on his intended target. System Information 1. The wolves came spiralling out of the ground under Carol and Anne like a drill. Two portals close leaving two portals open in the opposing teams arena. Let's see you do that again "Mr Swift!" Umbra stubbornly lunges at Ricky yet again... Umbra swings his axe before realizing he's back at the start with the others. What?! Aw come on!? I was just getting started! Welcome back, ya lil Sadist. You torture those guys or did you get your little wolfie tail kicked?! Hahahaha! I did just fine, Numbskull! I hope you've been taking care of Master Lucent. "Master Lucent"...is just fine, thank you. We've finished the round and are about to go on to the next. Our destination is that factory over there. Lucent directs Umbra's attention to the factory. Everyone else observes the next location as well. (I hope the other team enjoys the little "presents" left them...) This place...seems familiar. It reminds me of another familiar training activity. Hmmm.... Looks like it gonna be close quarter combat time. We'll have to really watch our backs. Tight spaces. Multiple levels of terrain. We'll have to keep our heads on a swivel. Right. Once inside, me and Raina can survey the scene from above. Once we have visual, we'll base our first attack on their formation. If we hit them hard and fast we may be able to wipe out multiple targets at once before they have a chance to retaliate. I like that. I'll be ready to work up close or from afar when needed. Just let me know when to move and I'll crack some skulls. Or whatever these guys have this go round. As long as I can hit it...I'll be happy... We'd better be prepared for anything... That's our cue... They all move went into the factory and proceeded as planned. Lucent flew to the top to survey the area and hopefully see just what they were up against.

Well...aren't you...quick. A little help please! Suddenly a wolf leaps out and lightly bites Umbra in his wound. Those watching would be quite confused. After a few seconds the wolf desolves as it lets go of the bite. The bite does not hurt him at all. In fact quite the opposite The wolf had successfully sucked the poison out of Umbra, negating it's effects. The portal the wolf came from dissappered leaving four portals still open. I've exposed myself a bit and I seem to be surrounded. But I've leanred some things in a short amount of time. Aww...how thoughtful. You guys really stick together... A slight grin forms on Umbra's face as two more wolves come out of the portals and become drills as they borough under the sand towards the Alena, Carol and "Mr Swift." That was exhilarating. I must say I've really been missing out, Anwalt. I'm glad you talked me into these..."mock battle" activities. See, lil bro! Ain't nothing like punching something in the mouth to let off a bit of steam. And just for kicks, too. Phew! Now we're getting..."wormed" up! Hahahaaa! "Wormed?" Well....at least you're still cute. Yea, Melina. That was terrible.. Both of you can kiss my... Anyway! Let's head to the factory...we've still got plenty more enemies to take down. Our current formation seems to work well. But I think we may encounter more resistance. Raina. You've been especially effective. Keep it up. Indeed she has. Right. Lets roll. The group head to the middle field and wait toward the edge hoping to see a preview of the enemies awaiting them in the next round.

Ricky's quick reflexes do not fail him and all the wolves fly out of the portals only to be quickly destroyed by the shurikens. Carol escapes them as well and even manages to attack the large worm. However, falling to her back she does not land on solid ground but on the very portal the wolves escaped from. Before she could realize it, she is slowly sucked in. She fell into a pit wolves who attacked her on the other side for a several seconds. Once the mauling was done, her body was ejected back out the portal. Why thank you Miss...Carol? You have given me quite the inspiration. Umbra summons five more portals that surround Ricky on all sides and on the ground. However this time no wolves come thru the portals. I guess I can't hide forever... Umbra suddenly lunges from his hidden postion at Ricky with his axe aiming to slice the "swift" one across his back. With the attacks connecting, Anwalts in particular...the worm had received a weak point marker on it's head. Just one more push! Let's finish him off! He's stunned! Lucent! Finish him off! Melina and Anwalt jump back making sure not to step in the goo thr worm previously spit out. I'll rap this up in with a "rock solid" bow! CRAGFALL! Lucent summons a large boulder aimed at the worms head.

The shurikens and arrows strike the wolves causing them to dissipate on impact. (They're agile...and their projectiles are quick. I'll have to be a bit more...inventive...) Umbra summons five more portals that surround Carol and Ricky from the ground, sides and above them. Five wolves dart out toward them both. Gotcha! Meanwhile, LightFlare and Lucent see this as well. Got one more Light? I'm on it! LightFlare fires another Light Burst at the creatures head hoping to provide cover fire for Melina and Anwalt. Watch out! Melina and Anwalt jump to the sides as sludge hits the ground. Hey Melina! I think you made it sick! Got any Pepto?! Sorry! I'm fresh out! But if it's sick...maybe it should lie down. Well then...let's help him take the longest nap he'll ever have. I got left... ...and I got the right! Melina and Anwalt suddenly dart around the left and right side of the large worm. Melina leaps into the air and performs an axe kick aimed at the right side of the Worms head. Simultaneously, Anwalt performs a rising kick aimed at the left side of worms head. If the kick connects, it places a weakpont on the point of impact.

(So here I am. Ready to wreak havoc on some unsuspecting fool. Looks like they're in a similar arena. But everything is....faded? And those red figures...they must be the other team! I can see them! Through walls!? Sweet! And it looks like a guy and a girl are pretty close to me. ) Umbra looks at his body and notices a strange glow.... (What's this glow? I hope it's not some kind of handicap. Actually...it feels like...a barrier?!) (I'm wasting time. Gotta act quickly!) Umbra summons 5 portals under Carol and Ricky as five wolves fly upwards to attack. Meanwhile back in the other arena... Ok...we're back. And not a moment too soon from the looks of it... The worm is too close...my magic may hit her instead! No time to charge! Hold on Raina! LightFlare leaps of the griffon and fires a Light Burst at the worms head. It's color and execution is different from before as it is a darker color and is delivered from a single palm rather than from both. His plan is to at least stun the creature enough for Raina to have more time to react. It's heading toward Raina! Let's move! Right behind ya! Anwalt and Melina rush toward Raina's position. LightFlare is teleported back to the middle of the large arena. Huh?! My attack didn't work...and now I'm to far from the team. Melina isn't gonna let me live this one down. I can't seem to get one over on you. Nope. But you're still a cutie... Looks like you got away for now. And Light has been eliminated and sent back to the start. I'll have to retrieve him...and send Umbra on his way as well. To birds with one stone. Or in this case...one griffon. Lucent summons a griffon and rides it towards Umbra. Umbra is annoyed by the Anwalt and Melina's constant flirting during battle when the griffon approaches them. Will you two knock it off, already! This round isn't over! And what do you want you stupid bird...Lucent?! Umbra! Take the griffon over to Light! I can see the portal is open and he's right next to it! I'll heal him and tell him to ride it back while you go through the portal as planned! Finally! Now I can cause a bit of chaos to those pansies on the other team! Ha! Our "hero" LightFlare has been eliminated?! Can't wait to rub that in his face later! Yea! It's not like he saved your butt from certain doom in the last round, eh..."sweetie pie"?! Umbra laughed as he jumped on the griffon and flew towards LightFlare. Why you little...get back here and say that to my face! Ha! Wait...there's still more worms. No time to kie around just yet. Anwalt and Melina soon taking a defensive stance watching the movements of the remaining worms. Meanwhile, LightFlare sees the portal close by... Hey! "LightBulb!" Not much of a team player, huh? Umbra?! O right. The griffons. You guys here to rescue an old "hero"? That's right, tough guy. Im heading to wreak havoc on the other team. And try not to get eaten. There's still 3 worms left. Heh...I'll do my best. Good luck. Lucent heals LightFlare. Umbra goes through the portal as LightFlare hops on the griffon and heads back to the sand arena. System Information 1.
