Well, I didn't really want to finish or release this, but here it is anyway. Highly delayed and most likely my last release, it's Makoto from 3rd Strike, with my very own custom play-style. Feel free to give feedback and suggestions; it's appreciated.

Found some new, HQ voices for Lilith, so I implemented them. Tell me what you think!   Also, I've fixed up some move properties and bettered the wallbounce on Mystic Arrow. Feel free to alert me of anything!

It came to my attention that a few people couldn't do Lilith's Hyper Combo commands. So, for any of those that might have the same problem, I've made a separate CMD file that allows for you to execute her Hyper Combos in a different way (i.e. 2QCF + p). Re-download Lilith for the alternate CMD.

This is going to be my 4th char now. Hopefully I've at least gotten a little better... Anyway, she shares the same gameplay style as my other chars (L-M-H combos, EX moves, etc.).
