honestly speaking. I use a adblocker, it keeps me safe by disabling the adfly ad.

@AxSeeker, The issue with adfly is, you don't really have control of what ad's are displayed, and unfortunately malware comes in the form of "new java update" or "your flash player is outdated" and thats when inexperienced people click on the adfly links and they get caught up.
 
If anyone ever checks the guidelines I pretty much made a list of websites we recommend and such (2shared is there I guess we didn't get rid of it)

so there are ALOT of alternatives, but people try to use adfly to get back pennies for clicks. I considered it once to but it was so inconvenient for people that i decided it was not worth it.
 

This isn't about trying to censor mugen content or cut off Mugen Archive's source of income to keep their servers up. This is about protecting the MFFA userbase from major security risks. Had Mugen Archive simply placed regular ads on their site or used a much safer alternative like Google Adsense, we wouldn't have had to implement this policy in the first place.

The issue, in particular, stems from their choice of site revenue through Adfly. As I'm sure many of you are aware, Adfly has gained a reputation, both within the Mugen community and from reputable sources in the anti-malware communities, for exposing visitors to various forms of dangerous malware through ads displayed on their site. While many people have tried to address these concerns to the owner of Mugen Archive, it has become evident that they have decided to willingly dismiss or flat out ignore these concerns.
 
We at Mugen Free For All do not wish to expose our users to these same dangerous security vulnerabilities. After discussion with the other staff, we decided that the best course of action would be to disallow links to the aforementioned website. Thus, until further notice, links download pages at Mugen Archive are no longer permitted on Mugen Free For All, effective inmmediately. Like his rival Kyo, Iori is the heir to one one of the three families that sealed away Orochi 1,800 years ago. His clan was formerly known as the Yasakani. In addition to appearing in The King of Fighters series he has his own drama CD, and is featured in SNK's Band of Fighters as the bassist of the group. He also appeared as the main antagonist in Kyo's spin-off game The King of Fighters: Kyo. Like his rival he has a great deal of edits, ranging from custom gameplay to boss and cheap versions. The King of Fighters Strikers Collection
 I was looking for a collection like this and I haven't found anything, so now it's the time for one, this time made by me. This is the collection of strikers that came from KOF'99 Evolution (PS2/DC port of KOF99) and KOF2000 and became playable characters for MUGEN. For obvious reasons, this will be only for those ones unconverted on characters before (fighters that appeared in previous games don't count) and only based on these games and not from later games released (like KOFXI or NGBC). Saying that, let's go with this collection, I hope you like it!!
UPDATE: I decided to add some of KOF2001 exclusive strikers that were converted as chars (mostly Original Zero's companions)

First off, my apologies for having done absolutely nothing on this site yet besides making a request, but I will be sure to give you guys an introduction and all that happy jazz later down the road. For now, if I may make a humble request and I hope it isn't too much to ask for this early on here, but...
 
By any chance, has someone on here have a pre-patched version of the "Enigma" screenpack for MUGEN 1.0?
 
Furthemore, is there a way to shrink it down into a 640x480 screen size, cause if I am correct, it is 1280x720... or is it? I don't know yet, I can't seem to get the thing to load, it just keeps saying that the system.def file is missing as well as a few other similar errors.
 
So, if anyone has this pre-patched, it would be much appreciated, otherwise, my apologies for having requested something and yet given nothing back.

I've tried to patch it myself but it keeps popping up errors, so either I'm really dumb and have no idea what I'm doing (which might be it), or the patching process is more complicated than just putting the folder in DATA and re-directing the mugen.cfg file to look for the system.def and system.sff in data/Enigma/system.def and data/Enigma/system.sff

You all need to stop being harsh on the guy.  He's made SOME solid characters.  Not everybody can hit a home run all of the time you know.  
Chu is making me a character....the creator is a NICE as hell guy and I talk with him often on Facebook.  So what if his work isn't picture perfect...the fact he's willing to go out of the way to create one of my favorite anime characters is a testament to how cool he is. 
Then again, I don't have these INSANELY high standards that most of you have.  As long as the character plays decently for me, I'm satisfied.  :P

Athena 99 - just athena with kof 99's outfit but with a little twist: her hair is long. good for the people that didn't like her short hair XD

Master Athena - one of the coolest edits. at first she looks like a regular athena with XI outfit. but when you press the start button she change her outfit and the gamestyle to previous outfits (and gamestyle). so you can star a fight with 98's style but end it with 2002's style.

Although she originally made her debut in Psycho Soldier, Athena Asamiya is mostly known for her appearance in The King of Fighters franchise. She is actually the modern-day relative of Princess Athena, the Princess/Goddess from the game of the same name. She has appeared in every KoF game to date, and is known mostly for having a different outfit and hairstyle in each game, and now thanks to the Mugen community she now has quite a few versions of herself as well.
