Download a character from any website or search mugen then a character you want to find,there are sites such as the Wiki where many chars are reviewed and links for them are held:http://mugen.wikia.com/wiki/The_MUGEN_Database, There are also many characters you can download here, once you've downloaded a character, extract and place the character folder into your chars folder, then go into data folder and click select def, type a chars name for example: pittansan,stages/pittansan.def. The EVE Battle folder, in your Mugen data folder, as the EVE battle folder replaces the regular data folder.

No, it's just the fight files you replace.

Replace your old files, or move them if you want to switch back to EVE bars. Replace fight.def, sff, and snd in your data folder with the new ones.

Here's my Nijikaku Vs Waku Waku 7 series, I picked chars that were similar to their Waku counterparts: More WW7 fights.

They should just let users keep what they want, everyone's satisfied that way. I still have an old Win XP comp, some people still use other OS's besides that, it's all on what you're comfortable with.
