Well, they gave her a cutout and the neon ninja glow this episode. But it's still obvious that while everything else is silly, she's the "serious" character.

Seems they saved the parts with good animation for the parts with cute female ninja. They even didn't give her an inferno cop cutin, which clearly means she's the most serious part of the show. Or something.

I think Toriyama himself said once that GT was more of an alternate universe. That being said, the best idea GT had was having the Dragon Balls themselves be the final boss.
