While Rokurou was feeling rather normal with the question, Agni got embarassed for 5T. As for the android, he was just direct and blunt to answer Kirimuri.

Rokurou: Whoa, that's a blunt response.

The three get outside, where Rokurou was waiting for them. He looked at 5T once again.

Pod: This Pod agrees with the commentary. Unit 5T will not gain any benefits in participating into training sessions. YoRHa units are already programmed with the battle routine.

5T: Even so and being a little against my own skills as a Tracer model, I can't simply rely on data when it comes to battling other lifeforms outside of machines. So I think I'll gain something by participating.

 

While 5T kept speaking with the Mech-Hisui, Agni and Rokurou listened to the result of the match.

 

 

Rokurou: Whoa, that sounded bloody. Just the way I prefer a battle to be.

Agni: Well, aren't you two assassins? I'm not surprised.

Rokurou: You did explode a building too. Does that makes of you an assassin too?

Agni: I highly doubt that...

The conversation ended and the air got a little boring. There weren't many topics to talk about. Rokurou stretched his arms before sitting on the couch beside Agni.

It was a special angelic prayer used to fasten the process, since it takes at least three years for a person to be fully judged upon its sins. However, said prayer costed energy and it left Seraph and Magnum tired.

Suddenly, a strange man appeared behind them. Elizabeth jumped, a little scared of him.

5T was startled with the sudden appearance of the Mech-Hisui. He looked at her in the same confusion she did, although he had emotions to portray.

 

5T: Ah! Geez, that was a little surprising...

Pod: Analysis: This is an android. However, identification is unknown. Does not belong to YoRHa network.

5T: W-Well, that's to be expected. I never saw her model either.

5T: In any case, do you... possibly work here?

The way Kirimuri spoke about the outcome seemed suspicious to Agni. His tone sounded as if Melina was rendered useless through the whole fight and he crashed her through without a single problem. Knowing the princess' history, he had an idea she at least gave him a hard time to obtain victory.

Rokurou: I know the face of someone doubting facts for a mile and he's making that face.

Agni: I'm really sorry for doubting you, but you're putting yourself too highly. I can't say that you're lying about the fact that you won, but "destroying her" seems ahead of it. If that truly was the case, her directed anger towards me would be more fierce because of a considerably significant loss. And she seemed rather calm while insulting me.

Rokurou: Eh, I'm not one to judge, so let's do this my way. We can just ask her directly.

Agni: I doubt she'll admit her loss so simply like that. Hmm...

 

He looked at a Mech-Hisui and decided to ask her about the fight. Or rather, if the fight was recorded so he could see what happened.

5T: Well, I can't say I totally like them... but I don't know if the machines here are like the machines back at our world, so I won't judge until I know.

 

5T began to walk around in the lobby. He was just wandering aimlessly, looking around and gathering his own data about the place.

He shot at the two remaining orbs until they were destroyed.

Pod's Voice: Affirmative. All viruses were fully eliminated.

5T's Voice: Alright. Ending hacking.

5T returned to move normally. He began to move all of his body, in order to see if any function was still compromised.

 

5T: OK, now that's everything's normal, let's keep moving to the Warrior's Hangout.

Pod: Incoming transmission from unknown location.

5T: What? What sort of...

 

A window suddenly popped and a familiar voice began to speak. It was the small girl from before.

 

???'s Voice: Bonjour, comment allez-vous?

5T: H-How did you reached my signal?

???'s Voice: I rebuilt you, isn't that obvious enough? More importantly, have you reached the destination yet?

5T: No, I had to stop and hack myself because there were viruses on my system blocking my functions.

???'s Voice: Sacrebleu, I forgot about cleaning you! Pardonnez-moi but I never had an android before...

5T: What do I look like, a pet?

???'s Voice: Non, non, non. I just called because I wanted to see if I could successfully reach you. By the way, the test was très bien! But don't expect me to call you all the time. Sous-entendre?

The floating window closed as the transmission ended. 5T held the back of his neck and sighed.

He continued to walk towards the path. He was very close to the Warrior's Hangout so just a few more steps and he would be there. 5T began to question why was he brought back and what are her true intentions behind the "monitoring" she imposed upon him.

He began to walk in the direction the man pointed to. However, the Pod began to warn him about the virus again.

 

Pod: Alert: Viruses are compromising functionality. Proposal: hack into self and eliminate viruses.

 

5T: Can it wait a little longer, Pod?

Pod: Negative.

 

5T: Alright, I have no choice. I just hope no one finds this strange...

 

An orb of data formed on 5T's hand as he launched it inside his head. For the external world, he would look as simply standing there, motionless.

She hid behind a pillar while watching the angel girl. She seemed to be praying.

She held her hands together and offered one last prayer. Her light shined peacefully, as her spirit began to overflow.

Soon, a pulse flowed through the church. Any evil intention swirling from whatever could have happened here was cleansed, with the building returning to a status quo of a simply destroyed church.

 

Melina: The energies surrounding this place...

???: The creation of a church symbollizes humanity monopolizing the gods. Thus, when the prayers fall to nothingness, it only rests the anger and vile desires to consume said monopolized god. A prayer must come from the heart, not from the impositions of society.

The girl left the church. Melina stood there, slightly irritated.

As he left the rift, he reappeared in an alleyway. He walked out of it and looked around the big, extensive city horizons.

 

5T: Alright... this is Candor, then...

Pod: Analysis: some of the functions are corrupted and unusable due to viruses present in the system. Proposal: hack into self and eliminate all viruses interfering with full functionality.

5T: I'll do that once I reach the Warrior's Hangout. Right now, we need to move. Let's see if we can get directions from the people and see if we can reach there without the mini-map, Pod.

 

He walked towards a man and decided to ask him about directions. This was something that he wasn't used to do. After all, mini-maps were made for that, but he had those functions disabled.

 

5T: Excuse me, sir. Can you tell me where I can find the Warrior's Hangout?

???

 

She watched all the scene from a rift. In this warped space, the girl in her throne watched as chaos seemed to rampage throughout the worlds.

 

???: Poor 5T, destroyed without even being able to complete what he wanted to do. Another revenge lost in the wind.

Soon, beings came bringing some parts of a humanoid creature. Those belonged to another 5T model, the last whose parts were in good shape to be used.

She jumped backwards evading their charge. Soon, they heard Hera and saw the others rushing ahead.

They began to follow the rest, trying to escape the ambush of the creatures.

Agni: And about that cooperative trial, I don't mind doing it.

Melina: I refuse.

 

Melina looked fiercely at Agni. She had no intention of being friendly with him because of who he is.

5T tried to defend himself against the rockets but ended up being caught in the explosions. The effect of the jammers were disrupting his signals.

 

5T: Damnit... these jammers are messing with all of my signals...!!

Pod: Alert: Unit 5T is close to great wave... signals... Prop... 5T should......

5T: Pod?! Pod, respond!!

 

Even if they were close, their communication signals were cut off because of the jammers. 5T wasn't able to issue orders to Pod unless he got away from the jamming. He kept evading the bullets as much as he could in this cornered situation.

 

5T: Damnit, you jammers. Stop messing with me!

 

Instead of strategically escaping, 5T gripped on his sword and charged onwards, while holding the Pod with his other arm. He went towards the guards, ready to break through.

BGM: Forceful Step (Under Night IN-Birth Exe: Late[st])

 

They backed off once the rabbits began to attack.

 

Lize: Seriously?! A battle in this freaking cold?!

Seraph: Now's not the time to complain. Get used to the terrain and fight!

Magnum shot a sphere of magic near a rabbit. It began to condense air, preparing to release it into a blast. If the creature went blindly at it, it's be launched in the air by the blast.

 

Lize: Hey, little raaaaabbits~ I'm gonna skewer you!

 

Elizabeth blinked at them while throwing her lance between her legs at one rabbit.

 

Seraph: (My moves won't work well... I have to be prepared...!)

Seraph: Type 0: Flash!

 

Seraph proceeds with a quick sword-draw slash towards another rabbit. Once hitting, he would connect with another move.

 

Agni Artwaltz, Rokurou Rangetsu and Melina

 

After Kirimuri's abrupt leaving, she went back to the lobby. Melina wasn't mad at him, since she knew he wanted something like that for a long time. She saw Elle playing with Rollo, who didn't looked very happy with the situation.

 

Melina: (That sort of childish innocence... one that I will never have. She might as well make the fullest of it...)

 

Suddenly, the door opened and Agni and Rokurou came in.

 

Agni: Excuse me.

Melina: Oh... it is you. One of the angels.

Agni: Melina...

Rokurou: Hey, there's two little kids in here. How are you doing, little girl?

Melina: ... Please, do not mock me.

Agni: I'm sure he didn't meant it that way... probably...

Agni: Anyway, where's Mr. Flare? I thought he would be here and I have good info about the slums.

Melina: He left with Miss Hinamori to the slums. And now that I think about it, here you are... without the others.

Rokurou: Well, you see, what happened is that-

I know all of it, Melina. Your ties with Bariura ended because you deliberately cut them, not because you were forced to, like you keep saying to the rest!

Rokurou (He's... actually mad, I suppose...)

As they walked towards the town based on Agni's memory of the route, the angel remembered something important.

 

Agni: Oh, that reminds me! There's the fee at the Hangout we need to pay.

Rokurou: Fee?

Agni: For you to become a member, there's a fee you need to pay. But I don't have any money with me.

Rokurou: Me neither. What are we going to do, then?

 

They saw an exchange store not too far from there. Agni remembered he had something of value to pick it up.

 

Agni: I think I have something to exchange. Hang on, it's in my pocket.

Agni took a platinum locket out of his pocket. He opened it and removed a photo. In it, there was him and Seraph, together at the Multiversal Heaven. It was a commemorative photo, taken when he managed to complete Nirvana and became an angel again.

 

Rokurou: Who's that on the photo?

Agni: It's my brother. His name is Seraph. We took this photo after I completed Nirvana.

Rokurou: Nirvana? What?

Agni: Oh, haven't I told you? I'm an angel.

 

Despite he was being honest, Rokurou couldn't believe in him. There was nothing that could be considered angelic about Agni. He just looked like your everyday kid.

 

Rokurou: Are you pulling my leg?

Agni: What do you mean?

Rokurou: As far as I know, angels have wings and are dressed in white robes. Also, they don't use guns as weapons.

Agni: That's a pretty stereotypical comment... yet I expected it. To tell the truth, I couldn't regain mine. I was a fallen angel back then. I had no wings for as long as I can remember. When I was going through Nirvana, I thought they would grow back and make me look more angel-like, but they didn't.

Rokurou: I see... and I suppose your brother is an angel too?

Agni: He's a different case. He sacrificed his wings.

Rokurou: Wait, how come an angel sacrifices his wings? That's impossible!

Agni: His weapon is the reminder of his wings. He exchanged them to gain the power to fight for Heaven. It was the choice he made when he became one of special soldiers which were called Grim Angels back then. Nowadays, he's the First Archgeneral of the Multiversal Heaven. I'm the Second.

Rokurou: Whoa... that's new. Angels that don't have wings...

Agni: It's a little surprising, I might admit... well, guess I should just give this right now.

 

He was about to go inside the facility when Rokurou stopped him. He had his doubts that Agni was sure about giving the locket away.

 

Rokurou: Hey, this locket... that's a gift, isn't it?

Agni: I... do admit Seraph bought this to me... still, don't worry, I think-

Rokurou: Then don't exchange it. Keep it with you. Even if it's something superficial, your brother gave it to you with love and care.

Agni: But Rokurou, your fee...

They continued to walk along. Rokurou began to reflect what he did with Agni and the locket issue.

 

Rokurou: (Look at me, lecturing the kid at brotherhood as if I knew anything... he has his and I killed mine. I know it's traditions, but that doesn't mean that I have right to just say that to him.)

Rokurou: (I guess I should share my story with him later. He opened his heart without any sort of doubt. Even if my story isn't one of the best things to hear, I don't want to leave him being the only one who talks about his life while I leave mine as a secret.)

Agni: Rokurou, why are you so quiet out of a sudden?

Rokurou: It's nothing. Forget about it. Or at least wait until we reach the place.

Agni: Alright... (Did something happen with him? Why did he got all solemn? Did I say anything wrong?)

The plains weren't exactly freezing but the cold was still strong as ever. They walked alongside the rest of the group, but Elizabeth was suffering a little because of her clothes.

 

Lize: (G-Gah... I-I kinda t-take it back a-again... it's so c-cold...) Achoo!

Magnum: Gesundheit.

Lize: I-It was just my hair, don't mistake things... g-geez, are we that far...?

Magnum: Well, I think we still have a lot ways to go, so I think we'll... take a while to...

Magnum: Achoo!

Lize: Wait, are you feeling cold wearing that armor?

Magnum: It's... it was a snowflake, it fell into my nose and I sneezed.

Lize: Y-Yeah, snowflake... uh huh... a...

Lize: Achoo!

Magnum: And you said you weren't feeling the cold...

Lize: I-It was a snowflake!

 

While they were trying to figure out sneezing reasons, Seraph walked alongside the more serious part of the group.

 

Seraph: Percival is going to return soon enough. We shouldn't separate any longer or it's going to be troublesome.

Seraph: And I agree with her. Death or life situations will come a lot of times, so we shouldn't held ourselves back because of the loss. It'd be disrespectful to his sacrifice if we were to give up now. Let's show him that his actions were not in vain.

BGM: Bipolar Nightmare still playing

 

5T kept running on and on, but nothing of the guards losing him. Every corner had a bullet flying towards him. It would have been simple coincidence but it wasn't.

 

5T: Pod, analyze my systems! Find if there's something unusual.

Pod: Affirmative... Analysis: there is a different chip installed.

5T: Different chip?!

Pod: It seems to be a tracker chip.

5T: Oh great... then no matter where I run, I'll get caught by someone. Worst thing is, I can't hack myself now to deactivate it!

 

5T ordered the Pod to shoot at them. The floating machine once again opened his hatch and began shooting at the guards.

 

5T: (I can't say I haven't saw this coming. I should've planned better than this... wouldn't be surprised if I actually got caught.)

5T: (... They will know the truth. Rokurou is out. Even if I'm not going to get away he's going to tell them everything... or at least I hope so.)

 

5T continued to flee. However, he was going into the direction of a trap laid out to him.

5T was surrounded. It was like a shooting gallery, with him being only target left for the big prize. With many acrobatic movements, he managed to evade the bullets. Then, he removed his sword.

 

5T: You think that your human guards will stop me?!

Suddenly, 5T crouched and disappeared. Soon, a multitude of slashes began to attack the guards all at once. After that happened, he reappeared quickly on the same position he was before.

5T: Pod!!

 

The small flying robot opened himself, revealing its weapons. He charged energy and shot a laser and the facility entrance's door, opening a hole into it. 5T dashed towards the hole and gave a single glance back at Hakumen and Ocelot.

 

5T: You'll never attain victory. Because since you decided to attack me, this means our alliance is over. Those "terrorists" you're so fond to destroy are stronger. They will learn the whole truth behind your little scheme, unless you eliminate me.

Pod: Analysis: Victory has an unacceptable levels of risk. Proposal: cancel all operations.

5T: Heh. Even my Pod knows you're going to fail. That's to show how unprepared you are, Forsaken "Hero".

 

5T returned to run away. He had to leave the slums immediately. Even if the others were still inside, he had to make sure he would live. After all, he has the information of the whole war they are planning so the guards will have all focus on him.

Melina: Very well then. Let us see if the Mech-Hisui will do such thing... if not, unfortunately, it will have to be me.

When she saw his enrage, Melina became a cluster of butterflies and returned back to the debris, sitting on a rock as if everything have ended.

 

Melina: I see... so the word "worthless" triggers a bad memory in you and rage takes over...

 

She had an idea the world sees her as nothing but a cruel girl that takes all as her playthings. However, somehow, Melina managed to sympathize with Kirimuri. She let out a sigh and looked at him.

 

Melina: ... Enough. I am tired of this. Victory is yours. I may not be the best person ever, but I know the moments when I have to stop.

Melina: I liked to play with you because I find intriguing how you derived from your usual calm, lacklusting demeanor to someone who raised an inner desire to kill. Besides, when a girl has her body stared by a man, is it not normal for her to act in self-defense?

Melina: ... Jokes aside, I know the feeling of being worthless. I abandoned Bariura for that very reason. You may have received love from your parents when you were younger, but I never did. All the king wanted was to dominate demonic power and I was just one of his "little" tools to do it so. When I stopped being useful to him, he tossed me away. And then I left.

 

She giggled a little, and returned to smile.

 

Melina: Hehe... I do not know why, but losing seems satisfying today. If I had won, maybe things would have been worse.

Melina: Now, as your prize, what would you like me to do? Seeing if I can get you a back massage or do you wish for me to hunt a beautiful maiden so you can date with her?

They kept walking towards the streets, asking directions to where the Warrior's Hangout is. They managed to get to a familiar area, where Agni could begin to remember the way.

 

Agni: Alright, we're close to the Hangout now.

Rokurou: ... Now that I think about it, I think someone saw us.

Agni: Really?! And you just decided to say it now?!

Rokurou: Don't worry. The kid's not so much on their side. He's practically like me, joined for his own reason.

Agni: But what if he throws us away? They might come after you when the whole thing begins...

Rokurou: Even if he does, I think he has an idea of defecting as well. The kid never liked all of this to begin with. If he's doing anything, it's just playing along so he can reach his goal.

5T: Give me a break... two of them are already dead and I don't know what the rest are doing. By the way, I only saw one person leaving and he had Rokurou's help to do it so.

The suplex did damaged her... yet she decided to take advantage of the advantage she gave him.

She separated herself into many butterflies and reformed herself back in air, holding her scarlet knife while the other ones floated in the air. Some of the butterflies transformed into knives. She had one in her hand, 14 around her..

 

Melina: This fight is far from over! I will not lose so easily to a perverted, peanut-brained, worthless assassin like you! And just to account, if you do not wish knives near you, do not examinate my bust as if you have the free right to do it so!

 

Melina descended quickly, ready to attack him. His cocky attitude has gone for too long, even though she was enjoying eveything.

He never liked them. He knew they never liked him either. 5T never obeyed them, not even once. He was useful, but not trustworthy. The android never trusted them. It's hard to believe they work together...

They listened to the complaints. While Seraph remained quiet, Magnum explained awkwardly.

It was just as the Pod said... they haven't left. Rather, they were doing the inverse: coming this way. His warning was completely ignored as their curiosity seemed to take the best.

 

5T: Goddamnit, haven't I told those idiots to go back to this Warrior's Hangout that Rokurou and the kid mentioned?! Why the hell are they coming towards the OPPOSITE way?!

Pod: Analysis: it is a composure taken by the ego which is classified as "heroic". The strangers possess a level of curiosity regarding the situation and wish to investigate by themselves. Details inform that this data matches what YoRHa Unit 5T has described as "human ego".

5T: *sigh* Why humans must be so stupid and unreasonable to work with sometimes... now I have to defect earlier than planned and it'll have to become public...

5T: And don't call me as YoRHa!! I'm not with them, I'm against them!!

5T: Whatever... I'll just go inside and present myself to our magnanimous leader.

 

5T went further the facility, walking towards the command room where Hakumen would supposedly be. He was seriously worried about the "heroic" actions coming from the groups, but demonstrating that would put him into a bad spot.

 

Melina

 

It's as she foretold. Her attack put her into a tight spot. In the instant they got close, he disappeared in the smoke and left her blind.

 

Melina: (Tch... I saw this coming... why did I take the risk...)

 

She wasn't able to see anything, the fog being too thick for her to even see the ground clearly. In the moment she could see something, two blinking lights appeared next to her. However, this was far from being a good sign.

 

Melina: B-Bombs?! No... his batons...!!

 

She tried to run, but bullets came towards her directions. She managed to evade them, but that stopped her from doing anything to escape the batons, which exploded in the next moment. Melina was sent back to the debris, the force making her go inside it.

His run eventually led him to the other team. However, different from before, it seems they had their situation dealt with nicely. That was something good, in a way. He walked towards them and eventually began to speak.

 

5T: It seems that different from the other team, you all have your situation dealt with. Good to know.

 

Although it's natural for a person to wait a response, he had no time. He just spoke with them.

 

5T: Listen, this place has become a war zone. I don't know how much info you all managed to get, but strolling around here will just get you all killed. As I can see... one of you already died.

5T: If you don't want to face the same fate as him, leave and go back to the Warrior's Hangout. I'll give you all the necessary information there, so just go.

 

5T dashed right ahead back to the facility to the north. Despite Hakumen never knew about his intentions and his cooperation wasn't truly presentable at any moment, he had to make sure that the concerns about him wouldn't extend too much.

He kept running through the new "ghost" town the slums had become. His new intention was to search for the other team.

 

5T: Alright, if I go this way, I'll reach the other team.

Pod: ... Alert: a powerful soldier is engaging a fight. Identified as Knight of Chaos Muireann. Proposal: assist immediately.

5T: Pod?! Did you just break the protocol on your own? Wait... Muireann?!

 

He finally managed to remember. It was the red woman knight, who acted like an android but sometimes had her own ego.

 

5T: Goddamnit, it's that half-human half-puppet, cursed or whatever knight! Pod, identify if request is absolutely necessary!

Pod: Affirmative. After new scan, it has been found that she is alone. There are three individuals whose data are not present in location.

5T: Good, they'll be able to hold them for a while. I'm moving towards the other area on the map.

Pod: Affirmative. Pod will be shutting activities as requested.

5T: Yeah. Don't blurt out talking in the next time.

 

He continued to run towards the other surrounded team. The faster he could get them out of the slums, the better for him.

Magnum and Elizabeth had their attacks fully evaded. Seraph, seeing that it was the right moment, went back to attack. Unsure if Jude's attack would work, he used the light he left floating.

 

Seraph: Type 2: Acceptance.

 

He slashed the light in an upwards motion. It went up, transforming in a white sword. After fixing itself in the air, it flew towards the enemy, with Seraph following it.

Once the guards moved away, 5T put his blade away and looked at them.

 

5T: Looking at you, I can see you want to bombard me with questions... or rather, defeat me in general. After all, if you haven't guessed by the way they obey me, I'm one of the commanders of this makeshift army.

5T: However, I shall tell you that there's no time for one or the other. Your routine of investigation inside the slums ends here. This isn't a safe place anymore. Leave before the guards can truly kill you, like they did with the boy.

 

He turned his back at them and prepared to leave. He gave them one last look at them, however, this time to inform about other situations.

 

5T: I'm going after the other of you who are still laying around here. Might as well save them before they die too. Once you leave, head to the Warrior's Hangout. That's the best place for yout to discuss about the information that you gathered. As soon as I'm done here, I'm heading there too.

5T: Lastly... about that friend of yours. He and Rokurou are heading there as well. He's not going to be killed, I can assure you. Now, move.

 

After giving the message, 5T simply dashed away to find the other teams lost in the slums. He wanted to make sure they were all out before they ended up dying.

He quickly reached the area with the guards shooting non-stop. The group seemed in a bind, but he quickly spoke up.

5T walked forward, taking his blade out. He had no intention to dwelve in a fight against them, but he needed to show that he was on their side until the last moment.

 

5T: What are you all doing here?! The speech has begun and all soldiers have an order of retreat issued! Stop this worthless attack and return at once!

Elizabeth managed to remove the spear, but was hit by the icy waves.

She turned around and extended her tail, trying to hit the monster with it. If he tried to defend, she was going to stun him.

When she paid attention, the debris was falling. She ran as fast as she could to leave the alleyway, managing to escape. However, she stood vigilant.

The speech reached every corner of the Slums. 5T listened to Hakumen's heroic words knowing fully well what was hidden under those sweet lies of justice he seemed so fond to perpetrate,

 

5T: Good false speech, "General"... in true circumstances, one would denominate you as "Kaiser" and not "Hero".

Pod: The speech has the objective to give an emotion called "hope" to the population. However, there are people who do not wish for his plan to happen. This Pod has difficulty to understand the side which the population decides to call upon.

5T: This is one basic of having an ego, Pod. You begin to differ from others in all aspects. Human beings aren't little puppets, made only to follow orders.

Pod: Unit 5T seems to possess ego and own opinion about this. Query: is it possible for an android to become a human?

5T: We're fakes. Accursed beings created to follow orders, while having an "ego" to satisfy us. We'll never be human...

 

He jumped back to the ground and landed normally, as if the height wasn't a problem. He thought about the Pod's last proposal. With a little more of thought, he saw that it was the most effective way to act. Running into Rokurou and Agni blindly would make things more difficult.

 

5T: It seems we have a rescue mission, Pod. Try to identify any large group of guards in the vicinity.

Pod: Affirmative. All groups of guards were located successfully. Locations added to map. Query: has unit 5T decided to approve the previous proposal?

5T: I'd wish that I could just leave and go after Rokurou and that other boy... but I know they're not here for strolling. I'm going to help them escape. Pod, halt all of your logical thought and speech until I say that you can talk.

Pod: Affirmative.

5T: Good. I don't want you spoiling that I'm defecting. Alright, let's go to this first group.

 

He dashed throughout the streets to reach the closest team. It seems that, according to the information given by the Pod, the closest group was scattered around, with guards surrounding them. 5T was going to use his earned authority as a commander to issue their retreat.

 

Mirfah (Death and Ending)

 

While Yui has successfully escaped the attack, he didn't. The lance gave Mirfah a hit, piercing his body.

 

Mirfah (?): GAAAH!! NO... THIS... CAN'T BE... THE END...

 

His blood formed a pond and his corpse fell. Mirfah was no longer alive...

She hit the trunk and even was sent into it. She got up quickly and tried to pull the spear out.

 

Lize: G-Get out, you stupid spear!!

 

In the meanwhile, Seraph saw the vertical frost waves being sent. He gave a single sidestep to the left and then another to his front in order to evade them.

 

Seraph: Type 0: Stationary.

 

He created a small light that stood immoblile in his front. He waited for the creature's next movement. Magnum, however, rushed at it.

 

Magnum: I'll send you flying! Ionic Surge -20% Engage-!

 

He charged himself with electricity and went at the creature.

 

Melina

 

Melina had a slight idea of what he was doing. Those sorts of provocations meant one thing: he was luring her into a trap.

 

Melina: (As if I would fall for such ridiculous comments. What does he take me for? I have no pride to uphold, all my ties with Bariura have been severed the moment I left it to destruction.)

Melina: (In the next time you wish to lure a trap to attack me from behind, try not to do something so obvious.)
